"Another day or I'll have to go to class," I said as I got up from my bed. I stretched my arms and legs, feeling the soreness from yesterday's training.
I yawned before taking a shower and brushing my teeth, I then put on my uniform before leaving my room. As soon as I came out of my room, Zara was already there.
"You know, today's Valentine's Day," she said, far too excited. She was holding a pink envelope in her hand, with a heart-shaped sticker on it. She waved it in front of my face, making me roll my eyes.
Valentine's Day wasn't necessarily something I was very interested in, in my old life I hardly got anything despite the fact that I was a well-known blogger and I spent most of my Valentine's Day alone at home playing video games.
"Oh, I didn't know", I say with not much motivation. I tried to walk past her, but she blocked my way.
