The atmosphere of the palace was bustling again. Many maidservants were gathered in front of an empty maid's bedroom. Because two bodyguards just entered there carrying a woman wrapped in many blankets.
All the maids were naturally curious. The two guards brought who and why the woman was brought into the palace.
Because the position as butler was Meghan, Meghan immediately approached the commotion. The woman went straight into a bedroom that did not have an occupant.
The bedroom door was closed by Meghan, so that all the maids who tried to peek and were curious did not enter the bedroom.
The two bodyguards immediately ordered Meghan to approach Alice who was already lying on a soft and warm bed.
Meghan was a little surprised. "Why did you bring her here?"
"Charlotte said she was sick and was throwing up a lot of fluid from her mouth. I've checked her temperature too. I think she has a slight fever too." said one of the guards.
