At the age of 14, Kamilia was taken in by the powerful and wealthy El-Mukrani family, who forced her to become an organ donor for her sick stepbrother, Iyad.
Despite their control, Kamilia was determined to escape and live a life of her own making.
Six years later, Kamilia has found some semblance of freedom and happiness, but her newfound peace is shattered when Iyad reappears, threatening to shatter everything she's worked hard to build.
