The thought of him plotting a trap came to mind. I kept my mouth shut, preventing getting caught in his net. However, it did not last long until Eric spoke again.

"You must be wondering how did I know about this," Eric said with a smirk while resting his head on his palm.

"Yeah, care to explain?" I had thought he was going to expose himself, so I waited for his answer, only to realize I guessed wrong and wasted my time on his nonsense.

"If it's something that person told me alone, means they don't want to share it with others so no."

The grin on his face annoyed me much like back then. Well, I guess that means he was back to normal now that he was no longer ignoring me anymore.
