Annihilation: T2

The alien machines, otherwise known as T2s arrived earth to destroy the human technology. They were sent by the professed progenitors who claimed that the human technology was interfering with their conducts. The government went huff and puff to blow down the machines and restore orders, but lost everything to the fiery balls, T2s. Amongst these citizens was a professor who claimed to have a solution to the problem and could stop human beings from being annihilated. Like you would guess, the government wouldn't take his words. He left the urban areas with followers his movement had earned him. The Professor and his followers kept traveling as far as possible from the urban areas. In their search, they met the Curtish people, uncivilized folks, who were having problems with Manganis, evil apes. The professor professed to have a solution to their problems too but demanded a favor. Can the humankind survive without technology? How far can the Curtish people go pleasing the urban folks? Will the apes really take a bargain? Will the two species of humankind live together in peace or prey on each other's weaknesses?

36 - Lovers at death

Honolulu. Hawaii. USA.

"You don't think this world is fucked up?"

A guy, strikingly a youth probably in the birth of his twenties said to the lady resting her head on his left shoulder.

He was already feeling uncomfortable under the weight of the head on his shoulder but what was discomfort in the face of love?

Twould be licked by the fierce tongue of love and made into a thread.

"I don't think, bae. I know. It's more than fucked up."

He said. He was looking at the lake before him. He wanted to swim but he didn't want her to raise her head. He loved her. So dearly.

There are quite the numbers of things you don't want to change because you don't have the strength.

One of the leaves of the tree under which they were seated dropped on her cheek.

The part of her cheek that turned up.

He picked and tore it. While picking, he was sure that his fingers lingered on the curves of the cheek as he fiddled with it.

He could die for her. He didn't care whatever would happen, he wouldn't lose her.

"What do we do now? I'm scared."

She said again. Her words were breaking under the interval of her breath.

She was skillful with the break in the breath, when she would emphasize her mood and emotions.

He loved that about her too. There was nothing he didn't love about her.

He even loved the way she blew mucus from her nose. How she tied her hair into a bun. How the glasses sit on the rise of her nose.

How her lips twirled to every of the words she said.

He wasn't only in love with her. He was obsessed with her. He could tell the difference.

He raised her head up with one of his hands. Then he held her cheeks in his two palms ploughing her eyes with the intensity of his.

A token of reassurance.

"You don't have to be scared. We have each other. And if you noticed, ever since we've been here, none of us have had a course to regret. Even the so called machines didn't come here. I think this place is kinda forbidden to them. Or what do you think?"

She smiled. Her face folded into a thin but rich smile. He wanted to sleep in it.

"There's no point in thinking."

She reached her left palm for the rise of his cheek and began to stroke it. That would be a muse.

"All that matter now is that I have you with me. Couldn't have been better, Alex. Even if it comes to the worse. If I die, twould be on your shoulders and those broad chest. That's all I've ever wanted. All I could ever want. "

He felt flushed. He felt the goosebumps all over him like he was bathed in them.

You don't always have such moments. Having a lady look into your eyes with such courage and spit those strong shit.

Now you have an idea why he would kill for her. Even if possible, the alien machines.

He brushed her lips gently. She let him. She let herself loose. Her lips free.

"Don't speak of death. He would be proud."

He said and went for her lips again. She had her palms to the back of his neck as she submitted to his will.

He for once forgot about the lake and the machine. She was his death.

Death in pleasure.
