163. A Fight Against Orochimaru

Orochimaru's expression changed as he looked at Luffy with his sharp gaze.

"Are you joking with me?"

"What the hell are you talking about?" Luffy tilted his head since Orochimaru's question confused him.

Orochimaru bit his finger, and the blood that dripped from his finger streaked onto a seal on his hand.

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu!"

Luffy who saw Orochimaru summon two giant snakes instead of him being serious, was actually impressed which made his eyes sparkle.

"Amazing!!! Hey hey, how did you do that? Can you teach me?" Luffy said to Orochimaru with an expectant expression. But Izumi grabbed Luffy's collar and pulled him to the back while saying.

"The hell are you talking about? If you beat the sea king, then the sea king will submit to you! You don't have to bother to use the summoning Jutsu."

Luffy looked back, thinking that Izumi's idea was pretty good too.

"Sea king? That big monster in the deep ocean? That's fun as well."

But Izumi asked with a smile.

"Can you beat that?"

"Hmmm. I don't know. Maybe I can try it first." Luffy didn't really think about it seriously, what was on his mind was to try first whether he could defeat the sea king or not.

Izumi chuckled.

"Hehehe, you damn fool. Learn to swim first before trying to fight the sea king!"

"Oh, that's right. I still can't swim. Hihihi."

Thanks to Izumi's words, Luffy realized that the sea king should be underwater, which meant that Luffy had to dive to defeat it. And Luffy himself still couldn't swim, how could he beat the sea king who was underwater?

Orochimaru, who heard the conversation, was really furious. It was obvious that he was being looked down upon by the brats. Even so, Orochimaru calmed himself and said.

"You brats are quite interesting. Let's play for a bit!"

Everyone turned their heads to Orochimaru where the summoned giant snakes started attacking Izumi and the others.

Orochimaru himself did not stay silent. While his summoned snakes attacked the newly arrived brats, he prepared to attack Sasuke to give him the Heavens' Curse Mark.

Izumi noticed that Sasuke had run out of chakra, so he intended to help. Quickly, Izumi used his Devil Fruit ability. With his hands outstretched toward Sasuke and Naruto, both of them were pulled toward Izumi as if Izumi was a magnetic force that pulled an iron toward him.

Orochimaru who was about to attack Sasuke was surprised by what Izumi did until he muttered.

"What Jutsu was that? He didn't use any hand seals at all. Is it a Kekkei Genkai?"

Then Orochimaru smiled, thinking that Luffy and Izumi he was dealing with were not ordinary brats.

"Suiryuu no Hokou!"

Izumi unleashed his magic, his mouth shot a high-pressure torrent of water in which the pressure is focused on the outer sides of the water manifested by the magic. The dragon's roar magic was still not strong enough to take down or kill the giant snake in one hit, but at least the snake took a huge amount of damage from his attack.

"Gomu gomu no Gatling!"

While Luffy himself unleashed successive blows to the other giant snake. And coupled with Luffy's Quirk, his punch got stronger every time he hit the giant snake. The snake was thrown at the other snake which caused both snakes to fall to the ground.

Seeing Luffy's action, Izumi immediately gestured by using his hand for Sakura to come closer because he didn't know what Orochimaru would do if he couldn't get Sasuke.

Orochimaru was a little surprised by the kids because they could repulse the giant snakes. He wanted to try something by forming some hand seals.

"Fuuton: Daitoppa."

Orochimaru inhaled the wind from his mouth which blew away whatever was in front of him. However.

*buzzzz*

The sound of equally strong winds collided with each other causing them to swirl. Orochimaru was perplexed. He didn't see something was coming, but his attack collided.

It was definitely what Izumi did since Luffy was a close combat type.

Orochimaru narrowed his eyes.

"Are you planning on getting in my way?"

Izumi tilted his head in confusion.

"Get in your way? I don't know what you are talking about."

"Hooo, don't you know who I am, do you?"

Orochimaru looked at Izumi sharply, but Izumi seemed to ignore him by answering.

"Who cares who you are!"

"I can hardly believe the kids from the new village are this strong. I want to ask, why did you protect them?"

Orochimaru pointed with his index finger at Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. This was really strange because Konohagakure village and Kaiyougakure village had just allied. He just thought it was impossible that Izumi's team, who was practically new to those kids from Konohagakure village, insisted on protecting them. However, Izumi just shrugged his shoulders and said.

"There's no reason, I just saw someone strong as you take part in the Chūnin exam. And I can't hold back my excitement to fight you."

"So, you want to die?" With a hoarse voice and overflowing killing intent, Orochimaru seemed to threaten Izumi. If Izumi didn't step aside, Orochimaru would decide to kill him.

"Die? Nah, nah. You can't kill me. because…" Izumi took out some kunais. Then throw it all in different directions. He put his palm near his feet to mark it with a Jutsu formula. And then threw another one slowly in Orochimaru's direction.

He smiled evilly as he linked the index and middle fingers of his right hand with his left hand like a hook pulling on one another.

"Hiraishin no Jutsu."

Izumi appeared holding the kunai he was supposed to throw at Orochimaru.

"I might be the one who kills you."

*stab*

Izumi stabbed Orochimaru right in the heart. And then, Izumi teleported to the mark of the Jutsu formula earlier.

Izumi could have used his teleportation magic instead of using Hiraishin no Jutsu. However, he actually just wanted to get used to it so he could use Hiraishin no Jutsu as a defensive Jutsu.

*Chough*

Orochimaru spat out a mouthful of blood. He was too careless and didn't expect Izumi to use such a legendary Ninjutsu.

"That Jutsu? The Fourth Hokage's? How?"

Seeing the deep wound on his body, Orochimaru immediately used his Jutsu which seemed to shed his skin and revealed a new body.

"He can do that?" Kazuma was quite surprised to see Orochimaru as if he could come back to life. Even the stab wound was gone.

Orochimaru formed a hand seal in which Izumi realized that Orochimaru was about to perform a dangerous Jutsu.

"I won't let you!"

Izumi stretched out his left hand to create wind blades around Orochimaru and controlled them perfectly to not let Orochimaru use a dangerous Jutsu.

Orochimaru was completely at a disadvantage since he couldn't release that Ninjutsu as long as Izumi didn't stop his attack. A high-rank Ninjutsu needed a lot of chakra and concentration. However, a low-rank Ninjutsu shouldn't have any problem for him.

The Jutsu that Orochimaru used to shed his skin earlier should have a limit. So, Izumi believed that as long as Izumi could injure Orochimaru to the extent he would die over and over again, Orochimaru wouldn't use that Jutsu again.

Orochimaru also thought about that as well. That's why his body turned into a snake while dodging Izumi's attack.

Before Orochimaru got away, Izumi gathered his spiritual energy in his right palm, along with the compressed wind that spun violently. Both forces combined into one and created a screeching sound as a giant shuriken was formed.

Izumi immediately threw it at Orochimaru who initially wanted to perform an offensive Jutsu.

Orochimaru felt the danger. He didn't care anymore whether his body got cuts from wind blades or not.

"Kuchiyose: Rashomon."

Orochimaru summoned three huge gates with a demon face on each gate. The gate was tightly closed and very solid.

*boom*

*crack*

A loud bang occurred when the central sphere of Izumi's giant detonated, creating a vortex of wind or wind domain in that area, and clashed with the gates that Orochimaru summoned. The gates could not withstand the force of the wind blast caused by the detonation of the compressed wind. Not long after, the gates began to crumble simultaneously.

The impact of it, especially the domain, created sharp wind particles invisible to the naked eye pierced through Orochimaru's body.

Orochimaru seemed to groan in pain, he felt like more than thousands of needles were stabbing into his body. This made Orochimaru look at Izumi with a fierce gaze. Izumi himself also looked at Orochimaru in anticipation of what he would do.

A lot of blood flowed from Orochimaru's body. His clothes were tattered. And his hair was disheveled.

Enduring the pain, Orochimaru said in a hoarse voice.

"Looks like you're not an ordinary brat. I've seen Jutsu like the one you released earlier, but yours is a little different."

"Is that so? Thanks for the compliment." After saying that, a magic circle was created in front of Izumi's mouth.

"Suiryuu no Hokou."

But Izumi released his magic toward the ground on the left 10 meters away from him.

"Aghhh."

However, what everyone heard from the ground was Orochimaru's scream.
