Sebastian was heavily lectured by multiple people the next day, but he didn't tell them that he had earplugs on, and was thus not able to hear them. It was now midnight, and there was not a lot of paperwork left, since everything had been settled, including the fact that Sebastian was still fashionably single. He had already received three letters from her, even though it had only been a day since she had run off, and they were each so lovey-dovey and dripping with happiness that it made Sebastian's head hurt. He had also learned a fair share about how Chris's kingdom was run. 

He chuckled fondly as he read the first line: "Guess what me and Chris did today!"

"Young love." He scoffed, filing the pink piece of paper away for later. Now, even though he was happy for his best friend, he felt startlingly alone since there was no one around anymore. Even more, staff had resigned from their positions after what he likes to call the Lei 'leisaster', and the new round was only coming when the month ended - it was currently the 1st of March. Sebastian blinked, trying to stay awake, and lit a candle. Jylan was the only one who had consistently stood by him. 

"I need to thank that butler at some point too." Sebastian murmured, and suddenly, a voice from behind him said,

"Thank me for what, my prince?"
