Chapter 002: The Conference Of Kings.

'How is this starting happen this early? Issac is only a child but he is starting to awaken. It shouldn't be a surprise knowing who their father. Issac might be the first demon-wolf in history to awaken so young.' Thoughts of delight, worry and concern cloud her heart. She was delighted to know that her son was getting strong, and also she was worried and concerned about the problems he would face so or later when he is awaken.

Lydia slowly walked outside of Issac room, gently closed the door behind. She sat down on a chair in the living room. She was left wondering if Issac was ready for the responsibilities that would come when he is awaken. Being awaken will make Issac a full fig demon-wolf. The awaken would increase his strength and abilities to higher levels.

The awaken is a transition stage for demon-wolves to be able to awaken their hellfire power. Only at 18years old a demon-wolf is able to awaken their hellfire power. The transition stage happens after a demon-wolf has had the dream awakening.

Suddenly, she remember back when Black and Issac were still small child, she had made a vow to herself that she'll never allow anything or anyone to harm her two boys. A mother vow is like her oath.

On the southern outskirts of the demon realm, located deep inside the dark forest. A dark and mysterious castle called the Demon King Castle. The castle stood about 80 feet tall in high and ten yards long. Many loud roars and growls of the demon beasts occupied the forest near and also looming mist surrounded the surroundings of the castle.

Inside the castle conference room a meeting was being conducted. Seating down on the chairs were the five Demon King, the Captain First Division of the Twelve Demon Knight Squads, and the Demon King - Grand Advisor, and also the Demon King. All the strongest were in one roof.

The five Demon Lords were the five rulers of the five demon clans of the demon realm. There was the Demon Lords of the Inferno Demons - Aries Abraxas, the Demon Lord of the Vampire Demons - Daemon Kimaris, the Demon Lord of the Shadow Demons - Amon Mephistopheles, the Demon Lord of the She-Demons - Lilith, and the Demon Lord of the Demon Wolves - Klaus Naberius. The Captain of the Demon Knight Squads - Zedris Berith, the Demon King Grand Advisor - Cedric Leonard, and the Demon King - Merlin Surgat.

Merlin had sliver blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He wore a long dark green coat, underneath was a black shirt, dark green pants and black shoes. He had a medium size beard and he had a kind smile on his face.

"I will like to start by saying, thank you to all of you for coming here in such short notice. I will like to make this meeting brief and short I don't want to take too much of your time, because some of you might have some important business to attend too," Merlin said nodding down his head towards the five Demon lords.

"There is no where important than being here, so why have you summon us?" said Klaus. He had golden blonde hair and demonic yellow eyes. He wore a long black coat jacket, on top of white shirt and black shoes. He was the father of Black, and the Demon Lord of the demon-wolves.

Merlin faintly smiled looking at Klaus. "Thank you Klaus. I haven't called you all here for fun, there is a serious situation we must all discuss about. The matter concerning the future of the demon realm," He said with a firm looking expression.

"What do you mean it involves the future of the demon realm? What has you saying that?" Klaus asked looking puzzled at Merlin.

"I want to talk about the adventurers who have been disappearing for the last past months. Some of the adventurers were found murdered in cold blood, some of them were sold into enslavement. I want to find out who's responsible for this," Merlin clenched both of his fists, his eyes filled with rage and anger. It shew that the issue was disgusting him.

"I've been trying my best to keep the balance between the two realms. All I want is to end the discrimination between the two realms, I want to make friend relationships with the mortal realm so we could live in peace together. The demon realm must become a safe heaven for any other creatures even when their not demons," Merlin looked down on towards surface of the table. He stared down hollow towards the table, "Too many innocent lives have been lost due to this issue now. I'm tired of this now, it time about time I end this discrimination now. With your help you five we can end this together. The demons who are doing this must be hold accountable for the actions. If we let this go on like this a war will break-out between the two realms."

"What are you saying Merlin? A war!" said Klaus.

"There will be a war, that's great!" Amon said. He loudly laughed looking at Merlin. His facial expression showed no sadness or sorrow on hearing Merlin words. He had red hair and demonic blue eyes. He wore a long white coat, white pants and white shoes. The demon liked wearing like saint, appearing as an holy being.

"We shouldn't allow this to continue any further! We have to find out who's behind this monstrous actions!" said Daemon. He had long back hair and dark red eyes. He wore a grey coat jacket, black pants and, black shoes. He had a handsome young face that appearing him to be around his twenties. But the truth was he was three centuries old, be cause the vampire-demons did not grow old like the rest of the other demon races due to that he appeared young than the others on the table.

Aries snorted at Merlin words. He did not care about the issue that was stated by Merlin. He had black hair and curved brows. He wore a dark red coat jacket, underneath was a black shirt. He had a fearful present about him.

He pulled back his chair crossing his feet on top of the table. "What! Is this the reason you've summoned us here. This matter doesn't concern us Demon Lords, so what if a couple of adventurers were gone missing."

"How could you say such a thing Aries, I'm not only talking about the adult adventurers even younger adventurers are being murdered and sold off as slaves. This matter does concern us all here in this room. If a war were to break out between the two realms many innocent lives would be court in the crossfire in process. Guys please listen, I just want to maintain the peace between the two realm but I can't do it own I would need your help," Merlin stated with a soft tone. He was half demon and half mortal. The subject of mortal adventurers were being murdered and enslaved also brought forth rage from his heart.

Everyone else nodded their heads agreeing with Merlin, including Aries who looked aside without any care in it. Aries showed no respect or loyalty towards Merlin as the Demon King. Before Merlin even became the Demon King, Aries wanted to become the Demon King. Being the only son of the primordial demon, Abraxas. Abraxas was one of the Seven Fallen. Aries was royal blood not like Merlin who was only a half-blood demon.

"What does he think of himself? It doesn't mean because you're the Demon King we should all accept everything you say to us," Aries murmured, looking at Merlin.

"Hey you, don't forget that's lord Merlin is still the Demon King. Show respect when talking to him," Cedric said, the grand advisor of the demon king.

Aries gave a hard look at Cedric. "Address me as lord, boy! Tell me what gives you that right to address me in such a manner. Have you gotten who I am when working with the Demon King, you better learn some manners or I'll have to teach you some."

An intense wave of aura filled the whole room. Cedric was left trembling in his legs starring directly at Aries brute gaze. The aura that was being discharge by Aries could suffocate anyone too weak. Aries did this to show his domination as the inferno-demons Demon Lord. He was not the type to take orders from someone he finds beneath him, no one weaker or lower in status than him would give him orders. The guy doesn't listen to anyone accept his father Abraxas.

Towards Klaus left hand side. A elegant and gorgeous woman sat next to him, wearing a white long dress and glass high heels. Her name was Lilith she was the Demon Lord of the succubus-demons. She had long dark braid hair and demonic red eyes. She had a demoralize and perturb mood that made her unpredictable towards her behaviour. No mortal or demon could withstand her wrath when angered, or in enraged..

In the war 5 000 years ago, the succubus-demons did not fight in the war, only after the war was over the succubus-demons joined up with the rebellion army. Because of their powerful status as a female demon warrior race. The strength and power of the succubus-demon clan was enough to place them a seat on the table next towards the other demon clans.

"You men this days only have big talk, but no span to back up your talk," Lilith slightly smiled, stating with a sarcastic tone. Her gaze slowly directed her eyes towards Aries, she was very fond of Aries ill behaviour and rude matters towards the Demon King. She was not fond of anyone who disturb the higher-up of the demon realm. She lived by a code that says the strong she be placed on top and the weak should be below.

Aries snorted. "Look who's talking now, shut your mouth you old bat. Tell me Lilith, when are you getting yourself a husband, probably no one want to die by marrying you. You're the only none of us who isn't marry yet. But not to people who in there right mind would marry you," He slightly laughed looking at Lilith. Lilith gritted her teeth.

"Boy you should watch your tongue on who you're talking to," Lilith muttered with a irritated facial expression.

Aries removed both of his feet off the table, he gave a hard look at Lilith. "How dare you call me a little boy, you old bat! You better watch your tongue too you old bat!"

"You better watch yourself! I'll beat you so bad that you're going to run to daddy, and say hi to him from me," Lilith said standing-up with enrage expression. She began walking towards Aries, but she was pulled back down by Klaus hand.

Klaus looked at Lilith, he gently shook his head telling her to stop. "You're a Demon Lord, you act like one. We're not here to fight among ourselves, we're here course the Demon King had summon us here for something important." He firmly stated looking towards Aries. "I will like for us to listen to him first before have anything to say after him."

Merlin faintly smiled looking at Klaus. He was happy to see that even now Klaus nothing had changed between his friend, there all disputing like little children's. There behaviour towards each other was still the same as when there were still young demons. Aries and Lilith always arguing, Klaus rebuking Aries and the two Amon and Daemon watch from the side lines to back up Klaus words.

Merlin bowed his head on the table. "Thank you all for coming guys. I'm really thankful for you guys for coming here."

"My lord, you're the Demon King you should not bow your head for them," said Cedric.

"You should teach your advisor some matters Merlin. He shouldn't speak to a Demon Lord's in such a matter of tone," Klaus said looking at Merlin.

Amon, Daemon and Lilith nodded their heads agreeing with Klaus words. Demon Lords are similar in power just like the Demon King, but the different the Demon King is usually placed higher than the Demon Lord due to the important of the Demon King's. The Demon Lords should be treated equal to the Demon King.

The title of Demon King could be held by anyone, even commoners could get the chance of being the Demon King. But to be a Demon Lord you must be born from royal-blood.

Aries sneered looking aside not giving any care to Klaus words. "Maybe he isn't fit to be the Demon King anymore. Maybe I should replace him."

"How dare you say that! You....," Cedric yelled at Aries but he was stopped by Merlin for speaking any further. Due to him speaking rudely towards Aries, it was like he was disrespecting Aries himself.

Aries turned his angered face looking at Cedric. He lifted up his finger as a large amount of aura pour out inside of him vibrating the whole castle areas fright, even the creatures living the forest felt his aura from a distance away from castle. "I see now, you're trying to anger on purpose, don't worry it's working. I'll kill you right now," He spoke with a intimidating voice. He began raising his body off the chair walking towards Cedric. But he was immediately interrupted by Amon, who stood in front of him stopping his approach towards Cedric.

"Don't pretend like you didn't hear Klaus words back there, show some matters as being a Demon Lord." Amon stated with a firm looking expression.

"I will like to apologize from Cedric behaviour towards Aries. I'm really sorry for his behaviour towards you Aries. Please find it in your heart to excuse his behaviour towards you, please forgive him," Merlin closed his hands together, he slowly bowed his head on the table towards Aries. "Cedric! Learn to me, from this day you should never disrespect or speak out off turn against any of the Demon Lords you hear!"

"B...But my lord, he was being rude to you," said Cedric.

"I said you should speak rudely towards them! Do I make myself clear Cedric!" Cedric nodded his head. Merlin had never spoke to him like this before, that meant he was in the wrong and he should accept it.

Aries faintly laughed. "Finally you keep your servant in place."

Merlin slightly raised his gaze up glaring at Aries, "I don't bow my head because I'm weak or a fool, no. I bow my head to give all you here the respect you deserve as being Demon Lords, but I'm starting to overthinking my decision was wrong now." He stated with a cloudy expression. Cedric body trembled feeling Aries rising up, living him to fall on his knees in feeling the pressure aura from Aries. Cedric felt his insides were being crush by the pressure. Aries deserved to a rival for the Demon King position.

"Let us continue what have been talking about before. I've decided to create new division squad that would work under the army, they be called D.P.F.K; that stands for Demon Protection Force Knights. They will oversee every investigation towards the murders and enslavement of the adventurers. I'll also open a free access way through the realm for other realms to pass by," Merlin firmly said looking at everybody.

"What! Are you crazy Merlin?" said everyone else. They were shocked by his words by opening a access through the demon realm for other realms to come thru. "It'll be madness if that happens Merlin, we might not like the mortal realm but the other realm are worse that it they quickly weigh war after the path has been opened for them."

Amon stated with a concern looking expression. He was not allowing this to happen at all. Barriers stop were put in place thousands of years ago to keep the other realms except for the mortal realm to have access to it.

"You know how much the other realms want us dead, and you want to open up the gates for them. That's insane, that's never happening Merlin, you're asking us to take risks with our lives now," Amon said nodding his head.

"I agree with with Amon the mortal realm might weaker than us but the other realms aren't. Why do you want to put many of our people endanger Merlin?" Lilith asked looking at Merlin.

"Lilith and Amon are right. We shouldn't take such decisions so fast without thinking it through first. The lives of the people are on the line here if a war happens many would die," Klaus stated with a firm tone.

"You guys bring up a fascinating problems, but I've thought about those thinks before I brought it up here," Merlin slightly smiled. "We have the strength and power to bring each of the realm to their knees. But thinking about it, we just have to convince them to sign a overture to end all this hatred they have for our kind."

"You're the smartest person I know and also the dumbest. Your trust in others will be your undoing, Merlin." said Lilith.

"Let us break the chains that keep us in the past. Many of our people want to go outside the demon realm, to visit other realms, but their fear of living the realm keeps stuck here," Merlin said. He pointed out that since the demon realm was founded millions of years ago. The place had never changed even after the war 5 000 years ago when the first Demon King was removed. Only the lifestyle of them had change not their thinking about moving pass their past with the other realms.

"Lets not let our kids be influenced by our actions here, don't you wish for and better future for all our children."

"I think you the only one who want that Merlin," said Aries.

"We just can't trust them, the other realms cannot be take lightly, I'm sorry Merlin," said Daemon.

"Then trust in me to show you the right way. I promise to end the discrimination between every realm that exist outside of ours. All of this hatred between us must end. I wish for a better understanding for the realms to get along." Merlin said.

Everyone else except Aries nodded their head agreeing with Merlin. Aries sneered as he stood up. walking towards the door.

He turned back his head saying, "You're all fools thinking this will work out like you want it, some people can't change who they are even when there are forced to do so." He walked outside the room. Living everyone surprised by his behaviour. Aries was hot headed but to disrespect the Demon King by walking out like that wasn't him at all.

"Thank you all my friends, I know some of you might be still thinking about fail, but the decision you've taken today should be making you happy," said Merlin.

"Don't worrying yourself, he always acts like a child. He'll never change, why does he like to makes everything completed," said Klaus.

"Oh! I've forgotten to mention. Paimon and Abraxas would be coming here in few weeks time, for the Flame Amber festival," Merlin said casually.

Amon bashed his hands on the table, shocked, "For the Flame Amber festival? Why would the most powerful demons in Hell, what would make them come here?" He asked looking at Merlin.

Daemon faintly laughed and said, "Oh man! Maybe that's why Aries been on edge this couple of days. Abraxas is his father after all. And the guy is still mad at Aries for not becoming the Demon King. I've never understood what type of a father he is, who cares about power more than his own family, so much he even banned his own son from ever coming tk visit his family home in Tartarus."

"You're right, Abraxas isn't like the other Fallens. He want to take own the demon realm, and have us all kneel before him, if it wasn't for the leader of the Seven Fallens creating the tournament we have now of choose from ourselves for the demon king position, will all be living like we're in tartarus if Abraxas would have became the Demon King," Klaus said firmly stating the gratitude he has for the leader of the Seven Fallens.

Merlin faintly smiled, nodding his head, "Okay guys, please don't forget why they are called the Seven Fallens okay. The Seven Fallens aren't a group of demons you can put in the same category as the rest, they are the first and true demons, they are the true rulers of the demon realm and the other places inside Hell, that's why we have to respect to them you hear me."

Everyone looked aside, they didn't care about them at all. From their point of view the Seven Fallens were like any other demons around, even the demon king 5 000 years ago was said to be more stronger than all of them combined, what was so great about them?

Thinking this Lilith was oozing over Berith of the Seven Fallens, she bit her soft pink lips, and rep herself with her own arms, thinking about Berith touch to her, "Oh my Berith! His so yummy. His face is so divine. His really a real man, I wish he could come too."

Klaus sarcastic lowered his eyes, "You're not a little kid anymore Lilith. Learn to act your age, youre not that young you think you are and I don't think the feeling is mutual," He laugh.

Lilith rolled her eyes back, "You're just jealous of him, you still want me," She brushed her hand on Klaus leg.

"No! I never did," Klaus said removing her hand off his leg.

Daemon laid back on his chair, looking at Lilith and Klaus, "You two need to get a room. You always argue like small children."

Merlin faintly laughed, he then stood up and declared the conference meeting was over. Everyone stood up and left the conference room, they headed downstairs to discuss other subjects, then there soon left the the demon king castle.

Next morning, the beautiful sun rised shining from the west of the realm. In the Naberius resident, Black slowly eyes, he washed his face then brushed his teeth too. Suddenly, Black quickly remembered that he had forgotten about his training with Klaus his father. He quickly rushed downstairs in a hurry, he find Klaus waiting next to the kitchen door.

"Ohh, hey dad! You're already awake, I was going to check up on you. I woke up early than you can expect," Black shifted his eyes on the side.

"It doesn't matter, let us start training right away. Oh, I'm sorry for yesterday I had an important meetings to attend to at the demon king castle, so today I'm free to train you okay," Klaus spoke with a serious tone, then began walking outside the kitchen door. They both arrived at the backyard, the yard had been filled with many beautiful flowers and trees. Black and Klaus stood on flesh green grass and trees that cast large she.

Klaus slowly pulled his hands out the pocket, taking out a gemstones. He threw the it on Black hands.

"A gemstone? What's this for dad?" asked Black.

"Will you stop talking," Klaus summoned a small Hellfire flame in the parm of his hand. Hellfire is an unique ability that only able to be used by the demon-wolves. The flame from it could incinerator anything that it touches.

"This is what you're going to learn today, you're going to summon your hellfire."

Black smiled with a excited facial expression. Klaus showed off his power by blasting at a small tree branch, incinerator the tree branch. Black eyes sparked up with excitement and joy. He jumped around with excitement, "Are you sure about this dad? Because last time you said I wasn't ready, you said I was too young."

"I said that because you weren't ready then, now you're ready to learn. Enough talking now, let us begin," Klaus spoke with a serious. He began explaining to Black, "There are three step before you can start using hellfire completely."
