Desert-Land pt.2

Manager - "Oh, by the way, call me, Miss White that's my last name"

Everyone headed home after that ordeal

The next day came and everyone was in the club-room at the time and Scarlette received a call from the company and picked it up

Scarlette - "yes miss Tanny?"

Tanny - "oh my, Scarlette can you gather everyone to the phone"

Scarlette - "okay" calling out "Guys come over"

Nathaniel and Marc walks over

Nathaniel - "What is it?"

Tanny - "Guys I heard you made a deal with a desert company!"

Nathaniel - "Yes, we all have"

Tanny - "oh no, you too Scarlette, my what were you guys thinking?!"

Marc - "Making more profit and advertisements"

Tanny - "Okay so I get this company is small but I took a visit and this could work in our favor IF IT's done right. OKAY NATHANIEL AND MARC!" calling both of them out through the phone

Nathaniel - sweat with a smile as she said that "Y-yes"

Marc - Scared "Y-yes"

Tanny - "I know Scarlette will do amazing at this job but you guys are becoming public figures and now have full schedules from being authors and full-time students you think you can handle this?"

Scarlette - "Miss Tanny, I've missed a month of school and still progress along very well I can probably help them catch up on school work and writing"

Tanny - "That's why I know you can do this but the boys grades, have you seen them? compare to yours, how are the guys gonna manage passing and multi-tasking! I might have to slow your production on the story"

Nathaniel - "No! please, I can do it with Scarlettes help, I-can make it"

Tanny - "You can't rely on her all the time Nathaniel"

Marc - "We can do it no problem"

Tanny - "I'll give you one month's duration of the contract if you do better according to as I see fit, I'll let you continue. So, come in this afternoon to sign the papers and you'll start by next week" hanging up

Scarlette - phone hanged up "Okay guys, you ready?"

Nathaniel and Marc start relaxing and breath

Scarlette - "Guys?" looking at them

Nathaniel - "So how did it go with your parents Scarlette?"

Scarlette - "I haven't spoken to them yet, I'll go home and see." Start leaving the club-room and heads home and when I came in through the door my parents spoke to me in the office

Dad - "Scarlette we have received this in the mail" showing the papers at the table

Mom - "Scarlette you made a deal with another company and it's barely off the ground" angry

Scarlette - "That's why I brought their products to show you what the future will show you" places the deserts on the desk and placed them wide open while making a little breeze to bring the smell to them

Mom and dad were almost tamed by the scent

mom saw it as a bunch of common cute basic designs until she saw the grand and fancy deserts as I took the last few out

Mother and Father ate their chosen deserts and they had a smile on their face

Mom - holding it "So delicious! I could buy from them often"

Dad - "balanced and not too fancy or boring"

Scarlette - observing them "I'mma say that's a yes cause I am a vip to get free deserts their as long as I work"

Mom and Dad - "FREE?!!!"

Mom - wiping her mouth "Yes you can work, I'm proud of you, now you'll become a model" getting her phone taking pictures

Dad - "Yes and start working as soon as possible" eats more with the fork

Scarlette - left the room as the parents gorged and fight over which dessert to eat. I left the house and call my friends and told them of the exciting news and heading to their company to sign the papers.
