48. Robbery & Homecoming

We returned to our parking lot. After talking a little about various things, but completely ignoring what happened earlier, we had dinner and Grandpa and Gwen went to bed.

Pretending that I was sleeping too, I waited for them to fall asleep. Since I will most likely return to my reality as soon as I fall asleep, there are a few things I need to do.

An hour later, Grandpa and Gwen had a second dream. After getting off the bus, I created the Iron Man Armor and using the repulsors on my arms and legs, I took off into the sky.

It was a risk, but it all worked out. After climbing a kilometer, I used the Morgana to pave the way for my goal.

Following Morgana's instructions, I changed course. Even though this whole armor is just a magical construct, I could reach Mach 3, but I didn't risk it.

If anything goes wrong, without the Omnitrix and my psionic abilities, I'm probably a corpse.

Therefore, I flew at a speed close to the speed of sound, but no more. Just in case.

5 minutes later, I was already there. Freezing in the air with the use of repulsors, I looked at my target.

At the moment, I was above the castle of the Forever Knights. This is the same castle that I once invaded and borrowed a couple of things.

I thought, since this is a different universe, especially a month in the past, then I can arrange an invasion again.

Moreover, there are a couple of things here that no one needs, but they will come in handy for me.

This time, I wasted no time and dived straight into the alien technology storage. It's good that this room was on the second floor.

Breaking through the roof, I landed in the center of the room. Automatically, I used a spell to block the cameras.

There were five guards in the vault itself. Before they regained consciousness, I attacked them with repulsor shots, from which the Knights quickly lost consciousness.

After making sure there was no one else, I dispelled my armor. After that, I blocked the doors with Mana shields.

I was too lazy to deal with the rest of the Knights, so I decided not to let them inside and finish my business quickly.

First of all, I went to the stand with a small cube. Yes, it's exactly the same spatial storage as mine, just from a different dimension.

Taking the cube, I went to another stand. On this stand lay the exact same broken spaceship core as the one I took on my first invasion of the Castle of the Forever Knights.

Using the second core, I will improve the first and make it more powerful, at least one and a half times. Even more if I'm lucky.

Previously, using one core, I could make one of the fastest ships in the universe. Now, with two such cores, I will definitely make the fastest ship in the entire universe. And this is without too much difficulty.

I put the core in my new inventory as there is not enough space in my ring. Everything was filled by Vilgax's sphere.

Taking a few more parts that will help me fix this core, they are exactly the same as in my world, I dispelled the shield construct, created the Armor and flew away.

After flying about 200 kilometers, so that the Knights would not find me, I landed in a forest.

Finding a good clearing, I dispelled the Armor and pulled out the Vilgax's sphere, the core, and the components to repair it.

I took off my ring and put it in my pocket. After that, I took the cube and began to feed it with his Mana.

Five minutes later, I stopped, created a simple knife, cut my hand and began to pour my blood on the cube.

When the cube had absorbed almost half a liter of blood, I quickly took out my ring.

At that moment, the cube glowed blue (the colour of my magic) and began to break into pieces.

I acted quickly. Until the cube completely disintegrated, I brought my ring to it.

The ring also shone with light and instantly absorbed the cube. After 10 seconds, only my ring was in my hand.

It hasn't changed its appearance at all, but I knew that everything worked out.

Putting the ring on my finger, I injected some magic into it to feel its capacity.

Suddenly.

I thought that after their merger, the capacity of my inventory would be 8 m³. Since, in each cube there was 4 m³ of free space.

But there is more space in my space. As much as 10 m³. I don't know why, but I really don't care. The more space the better.

Making sure everything is ok. I put all my things back in storage.

Now, I need to drop in one place and I can go back home.

After creating the Iron Man Armor construct, I took off into the sky, where I again asked Morgana to give me a route.

My next target is also related to the Forever Knights.

I'm flying to Alaska. Here is one of the secret vaults of the Knights. It is in this warehouse that they store a variety of metals. Rare, valuable and not very.

I have already been here once in my reality. Here, I then needed a rare metal to create my costume. There were only 10 kilogramme of this metal in the warehouse at that time.

This time, I want to completely enclose this warehouse. Well, completely, I'll take everything that will fit in my inventory.

Half an hour later I was there. This warehouse is for emergencies, so there is only one Forever Knight on guard here.

Dive down again, I broke through the roof and found myself in the center of the warehouse.

Acting according to the old scheme, I cast a spell to turn off the cameras and covered the door with a shield.

First of all, I took the same metal as last time. As I said, it is very rare and useful. 10 kilo will not be superfluous.

After that, I filled my spatial storage with all the metal that I needed to build my own ship.

Yes, that's why I needed to visit this warehouse.

In this dimension, this is probably my first and last time, so I need to take everything I need.

But unfortunately, I can't take everything I want, as space is limited. I already expanded my storage, more than twice, no need to be greedy.

And yes, I don't have much time. I have a feeling that as soon as midnight comes, I will be taken back to my dimension. And most likely I'm right.

I will not take Omnitrix either, it will change the world too much. And who will let me.

It's now 23:15. I have only time left for this warehouse and for the road back.

I took all the metal that will be useful for the skin of the ship and its innards.

Of course, not everything fits, but the metal that I took is enough for a lot.

When I take on the construction of the ship, I will visit here again in my reality and take everything I need.

With this metal, what I borrow from my world, and 'Merlin' as a base, I'll have enough metal for a ship.

Other necessary components for the ship I will have to get myself or look for in the warehouses of the Forever Knights, but this is a matter for the future.

Having completed all my business, I created the Armor, soared into the air and flew to the mobile home.

When I got there, it was already 23:58. I quickly got on the bus and, trying not to wake anyone, climbed into bed.

Relaxing in bed, I quickly lost consciousness.

In a dream, I saw Professor Paradox. Looking at me, he said:

- Since you've done well, I'll let you take whatever you've 'borrowed'.

Before I could say anything, I had already passed out.

I woke up abruptly and sat on the bed.

Looking around, I realized that I had returned home. I was in a familiar hotel room and Grandpa was sleeping in the next bed.

Looking at the clock, I saw that it was almost 5 am. This time, I slept for a long time.

It's good to be back home.

Before getting out of bed, I checked my ring.

Everything is in place. Spatial storage is now 10 m³. Metal, Vilgax sphere, core and components in place.

Thank God.
