The door close and Lili was left alone in the house.

She didn't understand why Alexander wanted to go back there.

*Sigh*

A few hours later, she stopped worrying about him and thought about what she had to do today. Her mother had called her to the castle to talk about something, but she didn't even bother telling Lili what it was.

Lili teleported to the castle and the huge doors opened as she entered the throne room.

Her mother was sitting on the throne with her legs crossed, dressed in a red dress with

"Hello, dear daughter" she said as she stood up from the throne "How are you?"

"I'm fine, thank you" Lili answered and bowed before her mother.

"And how are you?" She asked again in a graver tone.

"I'm fine, thank you" Lili repeated.

"Hmm, you don't seem very happy today. Is everything alright?"

"Yes, yes, everything is wonderful" Lili replied, her voice sounding false and fake.

"I see..." Her mother looked at her with concern. "Is something wrong? Do you want to talk about it?"

"No, no, everything is fine."

"It's not you who needs to tell me if you are fine or not, dear. It's me. And I think you need to tell me what's bothering you."

"But everything is fine. I'm fine. You don't need to worry about me, you have so many other things to worry about"

Lili teleported out of the throne room and appeared somewhere inside the forest.

"AAAAAAH!!!" She was really angry as she screamed at the top of her lungs.

She didn't know why she was so angry. She couldn't explain it, but she was mad.

Mad at her mother for telling her she had to fight. Mad for being forced into something she didn't want to do.

Since Lili became free from that room, she simply couldn't stand the feeling of being ordered or controlled. Not only that but her relationship with Shira wasn't the best either.

She tried countless times to talk and spend time with Shira.

A few years ago, she used to ask her every week if they could go somewhere together, and sometimes Shira would even agree to go, but she never showed up.

Lili felt frustrated and sad so many times, she understood that her mother was a very busy person, so she would always ask many days before if they could go out together.

But every time Shira would just not show up, and without any explanation at all, Lili always felt very confused and angry about that.

After a while, Lili stopped talking to her mother altogether.

She still wanted to be with her, but the more she tried, the more angry and sad she got.

She was tired of asking her mother when they could meet or when they could talk.
