Chapter 28 - Mother’S Visit

"Yukishiro, open up."

"Just a minute."

Things got really bad.

About an hour ago…

"Good morning, Eri-chan."

"Hnn~, good morning, Yukishiro-Onii-san."

Eri-chan woke up in my bed.

I don't remember us agreeing to sleep together last night, though.

"I made breakfast, so go ahead and eat."

"Feed me, Yukishiro-Onii-san."

"Yes, yes. When you wake up."

I overslept a little today too.

It was 10 o'clock, a little late, but it was the start of a holiday.

Ring, ring

Then the phone rang.

"I'll be over there in about ten minutes."

"…HUH!?"

It was a notice from my mother.

"Wait a minute!"

"What is it? What's wrong, Yukishiro-Onii-san? Have you found a place for our wedding?"

"Since when were we supposed to be married?"

"You don't have to be so embarrassed."

"E-Eri-chan."

"What?"

"Listen carefully."

"I-Is this perhaps… Y-Yes."

For some reason, Eri-chan's cheeks blushed as she glanced at me.

"Right now… My mother is coming to this house."

"…Eh?"

"My mother is coming now."

"By any chance… Are you introducing me to your family?"

It seems like Eri-chan is having a big misunderstanding.

"She'll be here in a little while, so I was hoping you'd go back to your room."

"…You're not going to introduce me?"

She said with a sad expression on her face.

…Hah~ Fine, fine.

"Then I'll introduce you. My mother is almost here, so get ready."

"Yes!!"

"Let's have breakfast first."

"Yes~"

And then she cheerfully headed for the living room.

Now, what should I do?

My mother is…kind of overprotective. Rather, I should say she takes care of me too much.

And then, after several tens of minutes, we are where we are now.

"Yukishiro, open up."

"Wait a minute. Eri-chan, are you ready yet?"

"Phew, okay. I can handle it. Yukishiro-Onii-san, I'm ready."

"Okay, I'll open the door."

"Yes."

I opened the front door and there was my mother with a big smile on her face.

"Why did it take you so long to open the door? …Oh my, who is this girl?"

"U-Um… I-I am… O-Onii-san's…b-bri—"

"I understand now! My Yukishiro finally…got a girlfriend! That's it, right!?"
