palace of clotopia

Hours had passed by Hailee had fallen asleep next to her mother. She was woken up by the sound of knocking on the door. Hailee currently lived in her friend's house it was quite a small house with only three rooms a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room , four rooms if you count the matchbox washroom , her friend was currently out in another city and had allowed Hailee to live there for a month while she is gone. The house was so small that you could hear knocking on the front door from the bedroom. Hailee opened the door to see Noi her future fiance.

"What are you doing here this late? " Hailee hadn't properly woken up she was still quite sleepy. Noi glared at her in annoyance said " Dear Hailee, do you remember what day is it tomorrow? " Hailee started at him all confused and said "it's tuesday so?" Hailee was starting to see him being angry and took a step away. Noi took a step and caressed Hailee's hair and said "Hailee, we are getting engaged on saturday it will only do us good if we start living together and prepare for the engagement day." Hailee removed his hand and said "Ok" Noi grabbed her hand again and ran out of the house in a carriage and commanded the driver to start the ride to the main palace of clotopia .

Hailee was worried about her mother and asked "So I will be living with you won't i? what about my mother can she live in the palace too ? what about the medical treatment you promised? " Hailee was continuously asking questions without giving him a chance to answer. "Geez can you be silent for a second?" Hailee finally became silent. " Yes , you will be living with me in the palace and your mother will be getting medical treatment from the finest doctors of the country but you won't be able to meet her a lot as she will be living in a house not the palace ." Hailee's heart felt sad and she asked "Why can't she live in the palace?" Noi fell silent for few minutes and answered "Well because she is not a part of the royal family but you will be after marrying me . Now can you please be quiet?" the entire 2 hour ride to the palace was silent. The ride stopped and Hailee went out to see the palace for the first time .

The palace of clotopia was giant there was a stone path leading to the gate of the palace. There were few guards here and there. There were gardens full of beautiful flowers ,bushes, ponds, swings and trees. There were couple of beautiful birds and parrots. The palace itself was light yellow red roof there were two towers at the each end of the palace and it was the most beautiful thing Hailee had ever seen. There were beautiful windows . There were beautiful tables made of black wood and chairs made of white wood and had purple cushions on them. The entire palace was wow and Hailee couldn't believe she was going to live there .
