Chapter 101 Raishin's Decision, Claris's Report

==Raishin's POV==

I'm surprised to hear that Kanda was learning under Shouko-san where I had been known her as someone who did not care about others. Therefore, the news of Kanda's tutelage make a surprise on me.

Enough of that, I'm feeling tired for today due to Prof. Kimberley's extra class and Yaya's ethics during that lesson. I did not why she could be so hyperactive in that class where she also not helping when she becomes jealous during my interaction with Frey.

My head hurt when remembering about that girl's action on me where numerous of her assassination attempts had met with failure which she did not give up on that and relentlessly making another attempt on the next day. At first, I had scared looks on my face when hearing her reason to assassinate me but due to her huge amount of failed attempts, I just feel immune with her harmless threat.

I had asked Kanda previously about Frey but he just told me that I need to investigate by myself as he did not want to tell me where it will break the fun on it. I just shakes my head from his reply on that before I'm trying to make my own investigation which is quite hard to hide from Yaya as she will ask me why I want to investigate Frey.

After multiple investigations on Frey which I need to try hard in escaping from Yaya's radar, I did not find enough information about Frey except for a map that had been dropped from Frey's bag from one of her attempts to kill me previously.

I went to meet Charlotte, Kanda's new girlfriend for the map which the girl just waves her hand to deny my claim on her as Kanda's girlfriend which she had failed miserably due to her flustered face. Anyway, she had told me that the map is showing the location of an abandoned building outside the academy where there is no one had visited that place after its closure.

Hearing that, I had decided to visit that place tomorrow after I had met with Shouko-san first as I need her permission to do this as I did not want to imagine what she will do at me if I had went to that place without her knowing about that.

After deciding all of that, I went to sleep which Yaya for tonight had done her usual routine in trying to sleep together in my bed where I have to throw her back to her bed and telling her to sleep for now. She just grumbles under her breath when she heard my words which I have another round of headache on that. I just hope that she will calm down for tomorrow as I did not want to face her another nonsense while Kanda sometimes also had joined to tease me.

The next day, I had raised from my bed where I can feel that someone had slept on my chest which I saw the one who had done that is LIA where she cutely snuggled on my chest. I have a smile on my face when I saw that which my right hand has went to her head and softly rubbing it where LIA just has blissful expression on her face from that sensation.

After spending half an hour in preparing myself, me and my partners are going to meet Raishin at his room but what we had met in there is a wailing Yaya where she had been tied at the chair.

After she has been released by Lily, I ask her, "So, what has happened, Yaya? Why you had been tied there and where is it, your husband?"

When I had mentioned Raishin's name to her, she starts to cry again as she says, "Raishin is cheating on me...he want to meet that white-haired girl so he has abandoned me here."

Due to her has cried out loud, I ask her, "Why do you feel that he had left you here to meet Frey, Yaya?"

"It's my woman's intuition, Ichijou-san." Said Yaya confidently as she stops her cry immediately which look like she did not crying at all.

"Anyway, have you call Irori-san first, Yaya? Maybe, Raishin was going to meet Shouko-san there." I said that to her which she had surprised looks there before she is going to the phone on the table and might be calling in Irori.

After a series of movement as she is talking through the phone, Yaya has ended her call before looking at us and says, "Irori-neesan has mentioned that Raishin at their house currently. When I had asked her why Raishin was there, she said that she did not know except for Raishin had wanted to meet Shouko-san."

"Well then, it's looks like we already know about his whereabouts...so don't worry about him, Yaya, he could defense himself if he had encountered with unforeseen situation. Trust your mate, Yaya." I said that at her where she just nods her head.

After that, I'm going to the Sanctuary, the restaurant that acts as our headquarters in this world. I had wanted to hear the reports from the teams under me where they had been tasked to search any information in this world especially any secret information that had been hide from the public.

In the past, Raven and her members had gave me the information about Cannibal Candy that had been hide in the academy. Therefore, I could make earlier move to unravel the secret on the case of Cannibal Candy where Felix Kingsfort is the main culprit for that.

Taking Yaya with us, we're going to the Sanctuary which we had took an hour to arrive at that location. As usual, I can see that the business at our headquarter is still flourish with many customers spending their times there.

"Welcome to the Sanctuary, Master, Mistress. Are five of you want to dine here?" Said the maid that waiting near the entrance.

"Thank you...that's right, we want to take a seat at one of the VIP rooms here and I want to meet with your supervisor." I said that to the maid stationed there while showing the card in my hand.

In my hand, there is a black card with gold outline where there is a pattern of white tiger's head on the card. This card has been given by Claris when I had visited this place before.

Seeing the card in my hand, that maid has surprised looks on her face before she says respectfully at me, "Sorry for my ignorance, Master. I didn't know that you're VIP here. I will personally take you and your companions to the room."

We're following the maid to one of the VIP rooms in this place before she had excused herself to call her superior, Claris while giving instructions to her coworker to serve us. The maid in charge of us had took our order where Yaya had ordered the most compare to the others.

When the meal have arrived and we had spent 15 minutes during the meal, Claris has entered our room which she bends her body and says respectfully, "Welcome back, Kanda-sama. I'm sorry for being late as I need to handle some of my works first before coming here."

I wave my hand and say, "It's fine, Claris. It's my fault for visiting this place without informing you beforehand."

"Not at all, Kanda-sama. We, as your subordinates need to aware with your presence so it's our negligence for this mistake to be done." Said Claris apologetically.

"Enough, Claris...My visit today is to see whether there is any reports that need my decision to make there. I also want to listen the news from our people at the 'hometown'." I said that to Claris while vaguely make a hint for the people at Sanctuary, our previous world.

Understood from my hint, Claris had said, "If that's so, we will talk about this at my office. Please follow me, Kanda-sama."

"Sure...Please lead the way, Claris." I replied to her before I'm looking at my companion and say, "Lily, LIA, Eliza, you three will wait here for me with Yaya. You can visit the guest room after your meal if you want. And you, Yaya...you can eat all the meal for free but please behave yourself in this place."

Three of my partners are nodding their head as they had understood of my order whilr Yaya just grumbling her way there as she taking another round of order of food. I had left four of them in that room before following behind Claris to her place.

After 5 minutes of walking, I had arrived to Claris's office where she had opened the door of her room for me to enter in there. Claris has invited me to sit at her office's seat while she standing in front of me.

"So...you can told me your reports now, Claris." Ordered me to her which she complied after that.

"Raven and her team had been collected many crucial information around this country where one of them is belonged to the top ranked in your academy." Said Claris.

"Do you know what information that Raven had got from it?" I asked her.

She gives a file at me as she says, "This is the file for all the information that had been provided by Raven where the information had been arranged with the most priority at the front of those documents in the file."

I nod at her words before I'm reading the contents inside the file. At the first document, I can see that one of the top ranker has been involved in an experiment where this experiment is about human cloning which this person had wanted to create a perfect human. However, his experiment had met the dead end as the only two experiment subjects could survive the experiment and currently inside the academy.

This person also had sacrificed huge amount of resources to create a perfect weapon as his first experiment was failed to produce any good result. His experiment this time had succeeded but he could not control it. Thus, he needs to seal that weapon until the time for that thing to appear has arrived later.

From this information, I can say that this person has used his authority as the academy's top ranker to conduct his experiment as I did not think that the academy will tolerate with this especially Prof. Kimberley.

After I had read the first document, I continue my read for the next document where some information are about Magnus and his identity, Raishin as the last surviving member of Akabane Family, and even the information about myself which came from the black market. There is a bounty for my head and Lily where I had been identified as the strongest automaton wielder after Magnus.

After had read all the information from the file, I look at Claris and say, "Besides these reports inside this file...is there any reports that you might want to talk with me, Claris?"

"Yes, Kanda-sama. I want to inform you that we have expended our business where currently there are three of our branches outside." Said Claris after she heard my words.

"Alright...how about the personnel for those branches? Are you have enough workforces to manage those branches? If they are, are those people trustworthy?" Replied me short before I'm asking several questions to her.

"We have placed one of our members on each of those branches. For the personnel of those branches, we have hired several people where they will manage our branch with one of our members as their superior. Those people that we had been hired are trustworthy after Raven had investigated their backgrounds." Explained Claris about our restaurant's branches.

"Well, it's nice to see that our business are blooming but you must remember, Claris...we must keep our subordinates to be trustworthy as someone might be sneaking around our business." I said that to her.

"Rest assure, Kanda-sama. We will ensure our business's safety during your absence." Replied Claris respectfully.

"Enough for that, I want to hear about our people in the 'other side'. Have you set up new communication device for us to contact with them?" I asked Claris about the people at previous world.

"Yes, Kanda-sama. We have set up those device where you could contact them now." Answered Claris.

"Good...Show me that device." I ordered Claris which she nods her head before she is going to one side of her office and pressed an unknown button which take out a futuristic-like machine.

Claris brings that machine in front of me before she put it on the table. After that, she thinkers the machine for awhile before a hologram has appeared in front of me.

A familiar face had appeared in front of me which I say, "It's been a long time, Captain Kuune or I should call you as Prime Minister Kuune."
