Chapter 16

While Lee Yoon-sun was getting beaten up by the thug each time, he kept on trying to stand back on his legs again & again for the person who he adored the most even though she didn't know him. But a moment came where because of the extreme attacks by the thug over & over on Lee Yoon-sun, he couldn't get over his legs & the thug was going to end Yoon-so with the final blow. But suddenly the thug heard a voice from behind. It was Kang Sung-joi who was rampaging towards the thug with his all might. And he was shouting his soul out to the thug.

Kang Sung-jo: Don't lay a finger over him again.

Thug 2: Now, who is it? Can't you see am between my work?

Saying that as the thug looked back of him he got a heavy blow over his lower ribs & a cracking sound came from his rib & the thug went flying over from his standing position & fell over the foot of the other thug. Kang Sang-jo looked over Lee Yoon-sun who was brutally beaten up & was laying down the floor. Then he gently lifted up Lee Yoon-sun giving support over his backside of the neck & made him sit close to the wall which was nearby & Kang Sung-jo asked.

Kang Sung-jo: Yoon-sun, are you okay? Does it hurt a lot?

Lee Yoon-sun: Brother Kang! Am okay. Please! Help Ms Kim Young-so from those brutal psycho's she is in great danger. Go, I'm alright.

As Lee Yoon-sun was talking with his every word he was taking in a tremendous amount of air from that itself Kang Sung-jo understood that he needs medical treatment as soon as possible before that he decided to finish the work as requested by Lee Yoon-sun to save Ms Kim Young-so from the thug bastards. In the meantime, the thug stood up from where he falls after the punch from Kang Sung-jo & he started to think inside his head.

Thug 2: Weird, this much power? I have never experienced such an energetic punch before in my life & I think that punch had just broken my lower ribs.

Kang Sung-jo walked towards the thugs who were attacking Ms Kim Young-so. Thug 2 shouted to his other accomplice who came to attack & assassinate Ms Kim Young-so.

Thug 2: Get that bastard!!!

As he ordered the others in the crew they created a circular formation around Kang Sung-jo to thrash him down. But thug 1 stood beside Ms Kim Young-so looking at the events taking place over there meantime.

Kang Sung-jo stood in the centre of the circular formation in his alert & attack mode but suddenly he went to a calm posture & took a deep breathe inside & stood with his eyes closed. The thug who ordered another accomplice of his to hit Kang Sung-jo, when he saw Sung-jo's that kind of reaction he thought Sung-jo accepted his defeat after seeing those number of people on his side. But it was not the case Sung-jo stood calm & was remembering his old martial arts lessons which his father taught him to use while he or his loved ones faced the danger. All the people around him went in silence for minute & Kang Sung-jo was able to feel a small breeze of wind which slid through his black hair. Suddenly he a heard the voice from a distance of the thug who was punched by Sung-jo earlier.

Thug 2: What the hell are you bastard are looking for? Finish him as fast as you can.

The gang of thugs who rounded up Kang Sung-jo looked towards the thug who ordered them & replied in one voice that they will do it as soon as possible. Then suddenly a guy from the crew jumped from his spot & he tried punching Sung-jo. But within no time, Sung-jo moved & knocked him down with his one punch. As other gang members saw that move from Kang Sung-jo with that much impact everybody who had rounded up Kang Sung-jo went up into defence mode & raised their guard. The environment there suddenly changed into an intense one everyone stood calm & the thug who stood near Ms Kim Young-so looked down over her & said.

Capt. Thug: Kim Young-so, you bitch! You are really something. See how males are getting here to save you.

Then he slapped her on face & spat over her. While Kang Sung-jo was fighting the thugs who rounded him on the other thug's order was able to see the thug's behaviour towards Kim Young-so that even burned the rage inside Kang Sung-jo. He used his all might & knocked down all the thugs who were around them this made the rib cracked thug built up fear inside him towards Sung-jo & he started to think inside his head.

Thug 2: This bastard is of whole another league. His moves & punches are pretty much sharp & powerful. Who the hell is he?

As Kang Sung-jo struck down the thugs he slowly walked towards the thug who spat over Kim Young-so. And while he was walking Kang Sung-jo was looking towards him in a furious manner with rage & he shouted to the thug.

Kang Sung-jo: You are next! (Taking an insane amount of breath inside).

The thug looked over him very calmly towards the nearing Kang Sung-jo & as the distance between Kang Sung-jo & the thug became lesser & lesser. In a fraction of seconds, the thug ran towards Sung-jo & punched over his face. Sung-jo fell over the ground with great impact. Suddenly the thug started to laugh & said to all others who were beaten up by Kang Sung-jo.

Capt. Thug: This is known as a punch, you fools! It was that simple to knock him down.

Kang Sung-jo: Oh, really. (Standing back on his feet).

Thug 1: You look like good competition for me. Anyway, do you have any death wish?

Kang Sung-jo: Anyway we will see! Who will fall on this ground in this battle? If I win this fight I'm going to take her & the boy from here.

Capt. Thug: Ha, Ha! That just your dream.

The thug again charged towards Sung-jo attaining his full energy. When Kang Sung-jo saw the thug coming towards him he also ran towards the thug with great speed & both started punching & throwing each other with insanely great speed. While the two were fighting each other in such a rage, Kim Young-so who was laying injured over the ground in the half-conscious situation was able to hear the other thug who had broken the ribs murmuring.

Thug 2: Impossible, how is this possible? How is he able to fight our captain? With this great speed. He is something extraordinary.

Kim Young-so: Really, he is really someone special. (looking towards Kang Sung-jo with blurry & half-opened sight)

On Kang Sung-jo side the scene was something else he was putting his whole to save the girl & the young Yoon-us who saw him as a brother. After some period of intense combat, Kang Sung-jo smashed a punch over the thug's forehead with his full energy which was left inside his body. That punch's impact was that great the thug ended up falling down unconscious.

As everything was done with the thugs Kang Sang-jo walked towards Kim Young-so who was laying over the ground injured & lifted her in his arms. Then he walked towards the place where he made to sit the wounded Lee Yoon-sun. When the other fans noticed that Kang Sang-jo had dealt with the thugs they called up the Zarthix cops for help & within no time they arrived at the spot & arrested the thugs. Then they transported wounded people, Lee Yoon-sun & Kim Young-so to the nearest hospital as soon as possible.
