"Where are you, you damned woman!?"
The man felt his flesh burn with pain. But even if his body is scorched with fire, it was not enough to satiate his wrath.
The sob of infants resonated across the space. Their cries deafened a man who towered over a helpless mother and her children, which ran his blood cold. Their mother, covered in tears, was kneeling against the ground, covered in soot and dirt.
"Go away," the woman said sharply.
The man let out a laugh like that of a villain's. He aggressively kicked the woman, enough for her to cough out blood. He slowly bent, grabbing the woman by the hair, making her face him head on.
"What are you going to do? You betrayed me!"
She was bruised all over, blood in her hands. She spat on his face, and he released her roughly at once.
"Do you want to lose everything!?"
