Why Non Muslim create policy against Muslim

Why why non Muslim make Policy to finish the Muslim why ?

If Muslim make does not create any policy for other . Then why non Muslim create policy why .I question all over the world who read my Novel . Can anyone answered me why . Everyone know Islam is the original religion on this earth
