Hasnt Been Getting Sleep

Cleaning up and opening a window as the scent of what they did was still lingering, he could feel a gentle breeze enter the nurse's office.

Looking out and listening to some birds for a few minutes, he could hear the sound of the door opening behind him so he turned around.

Ms. Rastil walked in but who followed her sent his mind into a panic. Brooke, Trish, and Kana were trailing behind Ms. Rastil and were non the wiser of what just happened but he worryed the smell of what they did was still lingering in the room.

"Ryan!" Trish ran over and hugged him as she screamed.

"Its awful, we came to see Emilia but the door was locked." Trish said sounding worried.

Brooke walked over and gave Trish a slap to the back of the head before speaking.

"Trish you know that was only because Ms. Rastil had to step out so stop acting like its ths end of the world." Brooke explained as she started to pry Trish off of him.

Kana walked over to the bed she could see Emilia sitting on and sat next to her to watch Brooke dragging Trish over.

As Brooke dragged Trish over to see Emilia, Ms. Rastil walked over to him and grabed his hands and slipped something into them.

"If you ever need more, Just let me know and I'll get them for you. Its better to stay safe when you go down that road." Ms. Rastil said when looking over at Emilia.

"Thank you Ms. Rastil, for everything." He replyed with rosy cheeks.

"Don't mention it. I am the school nurse and I understand teenagers are starting to explore more these days than in the past." she replyed shakeing her head before heading back to her desk.

Looking at what was in his hand now, he could see it was exactly what he expected. Putting them into his pocket before going over and joining the others, he could see that Brooke and Kana had lost their smiles and were glaring at Emilia.

"Is something wrong?" He asked after walking over.

"Just that this idiot hasnt been getting sleep for the past couple days other than on the bus." Brooke said walking over and putting Emilia in a headlock.

Looking at Emilia he could see she still had a smile on her lips even though Brooke was trying to punish her right now.

"Well I guess something good did come of Emilia not getting much sleep but you shouldnt do something like that again Emilia." He said with a small smile.

"What are you talking about Ryan? What good could come from her not sleeping?" Hearing Kana ask her questions he froze. His mind was running a mile a minute trying to figure out what to say but before he could think of something Emilia spoke.

"He is talking about how he could finish his drawing." Emilia picked up his drawing and showed it to them.

Brooke, Trish, and Kana looked at his drawing that depicted the succubus and brotherhood fighting. Although it still needed some small detailes it was almost spot on to what actualy happened.

"Wow Ryan, it's almost as cool as that gargoyle that has been seen in the capital." Trish said while hugging him again.

"Yeah well it wasnt cool when I ran into it. That things curses are a pain to deal with and can even make your health only be healed naturally." He said hopeing they would believe that was what he was talking about all along.

"So do you think those guys will start boasting about fighting that thing?" Brooke asked while pointing to the people and succubus in the drawing.

"They cant because, they died." He told them with a sad smile.

"Wait, they arnt players?" Brooke asked to which he nodded his head.

"So Emilia, I have to ask what you and my brother were doing in here while the nurse steped out? It wasn't aanything bad now, was it?" Kana asked a question that made both Emilia and his heart skip a beat.

"We kissed." Emilia said to them in a small voice after looking to the floor.

Hearing her Brooke, Trish, and Kana looked at her stunned. Emilia was the last one they expected to actualy do something like that with Ryan as she was always so shy around him.

"You kissed?" Brooke asked just to make sure her ears wernt playing tricks on her. If they did kiss that would mean she was the last one who hasnt kissed Ryan out of the three.

Seeing Emilia nod while looking to her feet that were hanging off the side of the bed, Brooke bit her lip and looked at Ryan.

As brooke opened her mouth to speak however she was interrupted by the bell to signify 4th period was over.

Hearing the bell he realized these 3 should of been in class and not at the nurses office.

"So why did you 3 ditch 4th period?" He asked.

"We didnt ditch. We all agreed to ask to head to the nurse during 4th period so we could come see Emilia." Kana said.

"I see." He said not entirly believing their story.

"Hey Ryan didnt you say that the succubus looked like a NPC named Rianna." Trish asked.

"Yeah." He replyed.

"So that's what Rianna looks like?" She asked him with a questioning look.

"No. I dont know how she did it but the Succubus somehow changed how she looked." He told them.

"Rianna and her best friend Rachel are following me do to reasons. They will most likely become a part of our group when we play together. You can meet them when I arive to the capital." He said trying to leave out his relationship with the two since he didnt want to ruin his relationship with Emilia. He would tell her about it when they are alone because telling her right this second with everyone elts around would just make things awkward and complicated.

"Reasons? What kind of reasons?" Brooke asked while narrowing her eyes.

"We are all part of the brotherhood." He said hopeing that would be a good enough excuse.

Hearing him the girls all looked at each other before looking back at him and saying they would see him on the bus.

Emilia was the only one that didnt leave as the nurse still wanted to do another check up before she left for the day.

"Ryan, I am your first right?" Emilia asked as they sat there on the Bed chatting.

"You mean what we did earlier?" He asked only to see Emilia nod.

"Why would you even need to ask? Do you take me as some kind of play boy?" He asked wanting to know how she sees him.

"It's just that the NPC's are so real and we have heard people are already dating some. I wanted to know if you are in that kind of relationship." Emilia asked sounding a little down.

"Emilia, I can guarantee you are the one I lost my V card to." He told her.

"That being said I dont want to hide anything from you. Rianna and Rachel are indeed in love with my character." He said to her hopeing she wouldn't freak out.

"Then have you done anything with them?" Emilia asked while twirling her fingers.

Telling her of what they have done she took it a lot better than he thought she would. He worried she might think bad of him for doing stuff with Rianna and Rachel but she didnt seem to mind.

"Thats all you have done with them?" Emilia asked as he nodded.

Seeing a small smile on her face he wondered what she was thinking. Trying to find out would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack so he didnt think long about it.

Noticeing Ms. Rastil walking over he got up and walked over to sit down and wait for Emilia to have her last check up.

As he waited he looked at his phone to see if there was anything new on the Elixer.

Reading this Ryan decided to visit the library when he hits the capital so he could get more information for his hidden quest.
