What to do?

"What's with this peoole of Logus? Why does everyone seem worried about their coming? " Tobin asked aloud more to himself than to Calvin

"Why are you so worried about them? Tobin asked directing the question to Calvin this time.

" They are infamous for always coming here for one contest or the other. They are the only people that have never agreed to Ozir being tbr strongest magic kingdom. I fear they are here for another contest " Calvin replied

Tobin thought for some time about what he just said. He wondered why a contest would make peoole worried if thats what they come for. He thought about going to the living room to join in the discussion but then when he remembered he would be meeting alot of new faces and wouldn't know how to interact with them he decided to just move to his room through the back from where he would not be seen.

"Let's go to my room so we can discuss this further " Tobin suggested.

"My Lord, your father will be expecting you in the living room " Calvin said using his hand to show the direction he wanted him to move.

"Did he send for me? Tobin asked curiously

"No he didn't, but as the current champion of the last magical contest you are expected to be in the meeting. That's why I said that" Calvin informed him.

"Current Champion? Tobin screamed in his head.

"I don't even have any magic" he muturred to himself under his breath as he looked confused.

"My Lord what did you say? Calvin asked looking at him curiously.

"I will be there later but first you need to explain this contest for me, let's go to my room " Tobin ordered not waiting for him to reply as he headed to his room with shaky legs.

He needs to know what he was walking to and how he can navigate his way through it. Harold had told him he would have nothing to do for the next three days. This is just day one and there is already a talk about a contest. What will happen to him if people discover he was not the real Harold. With the way he has spoken to Elder Zeko and madam Tochi he expects that they would deal with him severally.

"Tell me about this contest what is it about? Tobin asked immediately he got into his room as he waits for Calvin to Start with his narration. He was already sweating again.

"Thing is no one can say how a particular contest will be like. "Calvin started off

"Then tell me about the last one" Tobin inquired with an hint if frustration.

"My Lord you really don't remember this? Calvin asked looking very surprised.

All this while has been helping Tobin remember some things he had want to believe that Tobin really lost his memory while he was in the hut and it would only be a matter of time for him to remember. He also made it a point of duty not to tell anyone about it.

"Why should I remember it so much? Tobin asked as he get there was more the question from Calvin.

"In the last contest you almost lost your life. The last challenge was a duel with A champion from Logus who almost took your life. You barely survived my Lord. I thought you should remember that " Calvin informed him.

It was now Tobin understood why everyone was worried when they heard about Logus again. The ugly incident must have been playing in their hearts.

"These are no ordinary contests then, they must be very dangerous " Tobin exclamined as he tries to control himself.

"What can I do? Tobin asked looking around confused. The full weight of his responsibility was finally telling on him.

"I don't think you should worry too much. Even if you don't remember some things you still have your magic. You are still one of the strongest wizards in the land. You should be able to handle any situation that comes your way"Calvin spoke trying to encourage Tobin not to get into panic mood.

Tobin instead became more agitated when he heard those words. How was he to explain to Calvin now that he doesn't remember how to do any magic. As a great magician it is not expected he would forget how to do that.

"Calvin there is really a lot you don't know but I think you are ready to hear everything now"Tobin stated rubbing his hand together as he gets ready to expose himself. It was better he expose himself now and get a remedy instead of losing his life in this foreign land.

For the first time Tobin began to miss his father and mother.

"My Lord I am all ears "Calvin replied waiting to hear what his master has to say.
