Glacia Capitol was divided into several districts, Montblanc and Riverine areas for population and divided between nobility and commoners, it's located in the Southern district.
Montblanc was the cleanest residence areas, given the fact that most of its people were noble lineage while Riverine areas contained a quarter of the commoner population. The Government do their best by constructing the residence layout which resulted on how well composed the building was.
Not too far from it, there are Remembrant Marketplaces. The most lively district which was purposely placed near the citizens building. Many merchant families owned the shop building at this district, some of the adventurer guild like Oaktalle, Saucern, and etc build its main base at these areas. This was the second largest areas in the capitol, with every morning filled with carriages, merchant, consumer, and passerby.
Meanwhile, in the north, The government build an academy named as Ophelia central study. It Its called after the ones who founding the school... The past empress herself, specially built for the noble children. At that time, many nobles oppose the suggestion for educating a commoner and the empress stop in persuading them. On the west part, a huge and majestic building soaring to the sky was in fact a magic tower for mages. Stands for a long time ago since the first emperor reign the land while far in the east there stood the goddess Gaia temple in its white color looks dazzling and holy. It had been there long before the empire combined as one, the priest had been constantly renovating it for people purpose.
Ragnar remembering himself walking at the main road commoner marketplace instead for a noble section, sightseeing how busy the Glacia Capitol in the near winter after look around at every place. The windy season this year subsciously made people wearing several layers on their bodies, while walks back and forth in the street, thinking that winter season might be getting harsh in the future. Ragnar was tried to get inside the restaurant for warming himself from the weather like everyone else, eating the warm soup and enjoying the city sceneries.
He was rather happy to look around at so many places and decided to fill his empty belly, preventing himself to get sick.
When he was standing in front of a restaurant and getting ready to enter the door, a long and curly pink hair with her blue eyes crashing on to him deliberately. The impact wasn't that great but enough to sway his balance off.
The girl was well-dressed, probably a noble lady from some household. That's what ragnar sees her, He was trying to excuse himself to avoid another unnecessary argument was stunned.
She was fluttering her eyelashes in an odd manner, while suggestively seducing him. Her two mounds pressed his firm hand, hoping to get his attention.
He had to admit that people in the town keep glancing at his directions, aware of his own plate then this much is expected. He was a wolf, always enjoying woman company back in his own kingdom, and yet he would never fuck a stranger.
"I-i am sorry !! I didn't mean to bump into you. Sir." She said coquettishly, her round and small face with innocence ambiance could lead any man bent to her charms. Begging to taste her, pounce, and ravaged her passionately.
She was pretty.
"No need, My lady. As you can see I am perfectly fine, just be careful from now on." Ragnar was politely turned her down while trying to get his grip out of her touch. Even tough he was indeed a man with healthy body, but doing it with a random passerby was a big no. He wasn't that stupid to get the meaning of her signal right at the spot, let alone her body language shows it clearly.
"B-but, How ca- !?!"
"No, it's alright. Then I'll excuse myself." Ragnar bowing his head at her and leaving the girl alone in front of the restaurant, his sweet expression turned into a scowl when he left her. This kind of event always successfully made his appetite turned downhill. Now, here he was... found himself in this situation. Attending a dinner as a servant and looking at the food from a far.
'Ugh so fucking annoying.' he thought
If it's not because of the pink haired girl, he would have his stomach satisfied by now. He was clearly in a bad mood.
On the other hand, Hayden was attentively listening to the emperor talks while eating merrily.
"Tomorrow morning, we'll hold the meeting for a further deal at our trade in my office. How about that ?"
"Of course, your majesty. I believe this matter need to be processed immediately, Our trade between the stone supplies and development of magic tools was an urgent matter."
"Hahaha, I can agree more with you. Lets held a banquet in the afternoon after that. Make sure to bring all prince Hayden companion as well." His majesty the emperor was obviously happy, while the empress quietly wipe her mouth with her napkin.
"Perhaps, prince Hayden will be interested to one of our noble daughter family. They will surely flock at you, I am sure one of them would be lovely" The Empress Giselle said, looking at the neighboring kingdom meaningfully. "It's a shame tough we didn't have a daughter." she continued.
"Ah... your grace sure is unexpected. Still I might found this beautiful lady at the Glacia Empire, Because the empire itself was a beautiful palace in its sense. Its fascinates me..." Hayden said, without losing his gorgeous smile.
The Empress was laughing softly, "Haha~ My my, You're a charming young man, Prince Hayden..." She said, "Anyway, Your Majesty... Most of the noble lady had been blowing some interesting news lately."
"What is it ?" The emperor asks interested.
"I heard that, Many single men had been bewitched by a lady in her coming of age banquet a few weeks ago. Since that happen several young Lady have been anxious and gossiping about it everywhere" The empress sighing.
"Oh, I didn't know something like that could happen. Did you know who she is ?"
"Yes, I did your majesty...." the empress drink her tea elegantly, "she was the Count Geneivre daughter." the empress said softly. "Well, Beatrice told me that she's giving our son a hard time." she stated.
Hayden on the other hands look perplexed because of the sudden change of topic and choose to keep silent, while ragnar obviously thinking about foods.
"Oh. !" The emperor claimed, suddenly remembered something. "Don't worry, She will leave our kingdom for a few years in the future." This was discussed a few days ago, and he himself didn't care much about woman gossips, but it was one of the empress responsibility to watch over the politics from the woman side besides him.
"Where ?" The Empress was confused, Beatrice had been whining to her these days. It gets annoying sometimes, but she loves her dearly. Truthfully saying she was sure that her son won't be affected by the lowly count daughter. Edith Geneivre was a creep, and known to be obsessed with her son. In all the past few years she had been monitoring every girl that comes in contact with Ferael, and she was certain that Edith won't harm him in any way. That's why she at a loss of word, hearing that Geneivre daughter had become a goddess in society in one night, but all her nasty rumors still following her even tough she had her beauty upgraded.
"Durham Kingdom." The Emperor said nonchalantly, resulting the empress to widen her eyes.
"Pardon ?"
Hayden was caught off guard because of the emperor statement. He didn't hear it coming from him while ragnar obviously distracted by it.
"I've sent a letter a few days before to your highness kingdom, prince Hayden, and Prime Minister Liam had been accepted our paper. The reason that I Haven't told it before was because this matter doesn't relate to our discussion." The emperor stated while looking straight at Hayden eyes.
"You're right. Your Majesty... I am merely shocked to hear my kingdom been mentioned in your majesty emperor and empress conversation." He said sipping his tea calmly.
"Of course, it's not like we are in opposing situation with ourselves. Its perfectly normal if a case like this happened." he continued, putting the cup of tea on the table.
