As soon as they went to have a privacy of their own, Drake narrated everything that happened to Patrick) he even told him that his mother and sister were killed by the vampire and the fury and agony became evident on Patrick as he fisted his hands.
"Can we go and meet our father?" Patrick asked in a small voice as he tried to control all the emotions that were mixing in him at that moment. There was too much information entering his brain, of all the bad news.
"Let me tell and ask him first if you are allowed to go to the Den. I've been there a lot of times but only because I'm a half human and a vampire." Drake answered.
"If you are a vampire and our father is a vampire as well, why am I not like you?" Patrick asked with full curiosity as his forehead knitted in confusion.
