In front of me is one of the most poisonous snakes in the Menagerie if not Remnant its self, Twin Death Head. This snake has 2 separate heads that each holds a different venom that has a synergistic effect on each other that guarantees one's end if bitten by both. This is, unfortunately, the second time I've run into one since coming to this death trap of a desert and probably not the last either. The 2-headed snake reared up it's to heads ready to strike me, as it struck it bumped its heads against an invisible wall disorienting it, thank goodness for magic. I'm using magic to contain this serpent while deriving it of air to kill it without damaging its skin because there is a bounty on killing these snakes because its population has greatly increased to the point of being a danger to the settlements on Menagerie. As the snake loses its life slowly due to having no breathable air I use magic to examine its venom because of its one of the few that can kill the creatures of Grimm.
This is only one of the many poisonous and deadly animals that call this desert home there are also poisonous bugs, lizards, and interestingly enough birds that can kill people with their venom. I'm really starting to regret coming on this expedition for more than one reason because even if I have magic and aura to preserve my life I only have so much especially magic. I made my way back to the expedition camp the first thing that was done for this camp is the fact that Tsukuyomi used earth dust to make a small plateau to set up the camp off the ground to avoid some of the animals while we sleep. As I climb my way up I hear someone screaming about getting something off them and when I made it to the top I found out the one screaming is Moria. Moria was jumping around while swatting himself as if to get something off him I looked to Lemiel and asked.
Silva: Whats going on Lemiel?
Lemiel just kept her eyes on Moria she replied.
Lemiel: Moria was trying to gather some Last Sleep Scorpions to grill for dinner tonight but found that he was missing a few and found one on his shoulder.
Nodding my head in acknowledgment I then asked another question.
Silva: Should I be checking around the camp for any scorpions? Just to be safe.
Lemiel shook her head side to side and said.
Lemiel: No need I already found all of the missing scorpions and killed them to makes sure nobody gets stung by them.
Hearing her I felt relief from her assurances and I decided to ask a question that has been on my mind for a while, ignoring Moria's antics.
Silva: Lemiel you know Tsukuyomi pretty well, right? You see, she recently told me she has feelings for me and I feel confused as to why because we only have known each other for almost 2 weeks. Can you enlighten me?
Lemiel looked at me with a raised eyebrow then chuckled lightly and answered me.
Lemiel: Well you are exactly her type which is younger than her, strong, tall, and not all that bright either. Oh, and the fact that you have more than one animal trait really completes the deal for her.
I furrowed my brows and asked annoyed.
Silva: What do you mean not all that bright Lemiel? Are you calling me dumb?
Lemiel had a light smile on her face and answered.
Lemiel: Sorry let me rephrase that. What I mean is that your more of a doer than a thinker, she has always been a sucker for men of action than of eloquence or intelligence.
Deciding to ignore the thinly-veiled insult on my mental faculties I asked her again because while I may be her type the fact she called me her mate still confuses me because it feels like it's going too fast.
Silva: Lemiel I still don't understand why she's coming on so strong on to me by calling me her mate while leaving a bite mark on my collar bone when we barely know each other.
Lemiel's eyes widen in surprise and said in an astonished tone.
Lemiel: Dang, she has it bad. Well, to answer your question she is a scary good judge of character along with the fact the Belladonna's like you enough to have you stay with them is a shining endorsement.
While her answer left a lot to be desired its probably the best I'm going to get till I get to know the white wolf Faunus better. I showed Lemiel my haul for the day and she was grinning ear to ear pleased with it when she said.
Lemiel: You know, inviting you on this expedition of mine is probably one of my best decisions maybe I should talk to Yomi about maybe sharing you with me.
I just looked at her blankly and replied.
Silva: I told her that I plan on having multiply wives but she keeps on telling me that she more than enough for me or somewhere along those lines.
Lemiel chuckled at me and told me while looking amused.
Lemiel: Yomi is possessive of people she cares about so it is of little surprise that she doesn't want to share but I'm also one of the people she cares about so she would be more willing.
I looked at Lemiel slightly surprised and asked her.
Silva: Lemiel are you joking or being serious about at least dating me if not for a more long term commitment?
Lemiel looked at me coquettishly at me and said.
Lemiel: Maybe I am or maybe I'm not but you definitely make tiger ears and tail look good plus your silver eyes are quite exotic.
???: Llleeemmmiiieeelll...
Hearing a voice that sounded like a dying curse from behind me I turned my head to see Tsukuyomi glaring at Lemiel. I looked back at the honey badger Faunus maid to see how she reacts to Tsukuyomi's ire and she still had a coquettish smile on her face not bothered by Tsukuyomi's glare. The air turned tenser and tenser as they stare each other down, seeing this I sighed and gave one loud clap to grab their attention. They both looked at me confused as to why I wanted their attention and I said.
Silva: Tsukuyomi I've told you that if your serious about being with me that you're going to have to accept that I'm going to have more than one girl in my heart and on my mind. Lemiel if you are serious about getting together with me then please try to not antagonize the others too much, please.
Lemiel just looked amused at me while Tsukuyomi returned to her usual neutral expression and asked.
Tsukuyomi: Why do you insist on having a harem?
I bluntly replied.
Silva: Mainly because I want to and I also want to have a large family in the future.
Tsukuyomi maintained her neutral expression and asked another question.
Tsukuyomi: Am I not enough for you? Can I not provide you with lots of little Silvas in the future?
She surprised me a little at how easily she said that she will bear my children but I answered her honestly.
Silva: Tsukuyomi I will tell that I am a greedy, selfish man that might cause you some pain in the future in more ways than one but having a harem is something I wanted since I was practically born.
Well, that is true because I'm a reincarnator plus I know of the beautiful heroines of this world like the members of Team RWBY. Tsukuyomi just sighed then walk up to me to which I took a step back because I really don't want to be bitten again if I can help it. She noticed this but still came closer to me as I decided to hold my ground and bear what she has in store for me. She wrapped her arm around as I brace myself for the incoming pain but instead of taking a bite out of me, she gave me a deep kiss, not that I'm complaining. After enjoying the kiss I looked at her with a goofy grin, as she removed her arms from me I felt a sudden sting pain on my left cheek, she slapped me.
Tsukuyomi just walked away after that without saying a word, I looked towards Lemiel hoping that she can enlighten me on what the heck just happened. Lemiel just avoided my gaze with a sly smile, I started to glare at her silently demanding her to tell me the heck is going on. Lemiel just kept her silence when Moria said, I forgot he was there.
Moria: Whew, no scorpions on me. Oh, Lemiel whens dinner I'm starving here.
I just looked at him thinking that ignorance is bliss.
