David walked up to the gates, which he was stopped by the guards wearing light metal plates as their armor, iron helmets on, spears, and all that stuff.
"Please stop! We need to examine you before you may enter the kingdom of Uesta!" A guard held his hands out to stop David.
David nodded and obediently stood still as most of his things were in his inventory, but to not look suspicious, he had some conveniently sized armor on him and a basic iron sword that was sheathed on the left side of his waist.
The guards sighed, happy that he was willing to cooperate.
David let himself be searched, as all of the things that would've been suspicious has been stored in his inventory, leaving some extremely weak beasts in a space pouch he found on one of the bandit leader's corpse.
"Alright, seems like you've lost your identification, come with me." A guard was done checking him and signaled for David to follow him.
David complied and followed him into a room with a person in a robe that his or her face and body type couldn't be seen with an orb in their hand.
"Please sit down so we may record your information." The guard pointed to the chair in front of the robed person.
Sitting down, they instructed David to put his hands on the orb while the "expert" would roam their hands on the orb and project to information out.

The paper was forming in front of David, which was also being filled out with information at the same time.
David actually didn't change much, just removed some skills, reduced the attributes, and changed the race and levels slightly. His age was now written as 16, just slightly past the age where one becomes an adult.
"Oh? That's pretty good attributes for a kid." The guard exclaimed, looking at the identification papers.
"Alright, we didn't sense any crimes that you've committed from the orb, seems like you can enter. Here's your visa, for a permanent one, please go to one of the city halls within the kingdom." The guard explained.
"Mn. Thank you!" David smiled faintly, grabbing the documents and placed them in his pouch, which was transferred to the inventory from there.
David used the visa to enter the Kingdom of Uesta. Looking around him, he was quite surprised at his surroundings. Although it wasn't like a modern city, but it was pretty close to it.
The houses weren't like the usual white walls and red roof tiles, but instead red brick buildings, some large apartments, and some medieval churches. Some of the building also had signs on them, like beds, a plate with a fork and knife, quite helpful for remembering what some buildings are there for.
The capital city was surrounded by walls that were larger than the city walls, so David and the others couldn't see through it unless they could see through objects or traveled through the gates to the capital.
David looked at the clothing of others as asked those that had some money but not those that were too high in the middle class about some places around the kingdom/city as it was his first time here.
Following some of the directions and the {Mini-Map}, many sections of the kingdom were immediately "discovered" and the first place he went to was one of the exchange shops around the city of Bales.
"Welcome! What can I do for you today?" A receptionist asked.
"Hello, I need to exchange some lower grade monster corpses for some coins." David replied truthfully.
"Alright, please follow me." The receptionist walked away, and another receptionist quickly replaced her post.
They go into the basement, there wasn't much except a few tables and chairs and a chest. The receptionist clears everything from the table and asked David to take out the corpses from his pouch.
Nodding, David began taking out a large amount of rank 1 monster corpses but kept it to a minimum of 100 as he did have a few thousand, yet he also didn't want to be too exceptional nor too weak at the same time.
The receptionist was surprised at first but quickly calmed down as she just thought he was a lucky adventurer or had a party to back him up. She quickly looks over the cleanly dismantled bodies of a hundred rank 1 monster corpses.
"Mn. I have finished calculating everything, you would've received 10 silver coins, but because of how you dismantled them, I'll give you 12 silver coins." She nodded in approval looking at how everything was cleanly separated.
"Thank you. I will take my leave then." David accepted the bag on the table and left quickly.
Leaving the exchange shop, David looked for multiple exchange shops around the city with the excuse of exploring the city in his mind.
David goes around the city, finding many restaurants, blacksmiths, magic shops, exchange shops, and other things that intrigued him.
Selling most of the monster corpses in his inventory, he now had over 100 silver coins or over 10 large silver coins, which was around half a year's salary for some middle-class citizens.
"Not bad, not bad... this should last me a while before I get stronger and hunt even stronger monsters..." David grinned, walking to a nearby inn to clock out for the night as he was mentally tired from touring Bales all day.
He paid a few bronze coins for a few nights, without meals, and headed straight to his room on the second floor. As soon as he got to his room, he laid on the bed and looked at the pouch of coins he was holding up.
"Maybe I should find a real goal, especially since the system doesn't force me too much like killing me if I fail a quest... unless it implies that I would be killed by something else if I fail." David frowned and stored the pouch into his inventory before closing his eyes, repeating the scenes of what happened today.
"I guess I'll just find out what to do and register in the adventurer's guild tomorrow... *Yawn*." David lazily put his hand behind his head and fell asleep peacefully.
