A Reincarnator's Journey

David Valor, a normal sophomore student, dies in a cliche 'truck-kun' accident just to get sent to another world by the system! Using the 'true' system, he slowly rises to the top of the food chain before truly begining his adventure! (David may not be a "Good" Mc as I want to write it in a way of what I would do if I was in this situation myself. Of course there will also be some things different than what I think as well.) *** Note: I have no real plans for this story, it was made on a whim, so it may lose quality on the way, please read with caution! Schedule: I'm still in school so updates will also be somewhat slow, also, english is not my first language so please comment if I wrote something wrong! Thank you for reading!

Gym Class

The teacher took off his glasses, looking very serious and domineering, "For this class, I will not go easy on you, everyone will have training proportionate to their job, talent, and overall figure. In this class, you will not call me professor, you will call me sir! Do you understand!" Gluri shouted at the students.

"Yes, sir!" Although they were shocked at how such a young teacher could have such a powerful aura, they nodded and responded subconsciously.

"Good! Even though we have tested you and you have passed our exams to enter this academy, this place is to help you develop and grow. This means that we will be diving into different topics from what you are used to, but first! Run around the colosseum, as many laps as possible! Understand?" he shouted.

"Understood, sir!" everyone replied.

"Then get running! We don't have all day!" he shouted, releasing an even higher portion of his aura towards the students, including the royals, making them jog at once.

Even the royal family didn't complain, as though they had been doing this daily at their own home. Actually, they were the first to follow orders and start jogging.

'Impressive! Seems like this kingdom has their shit together, unlike the other novels I've read.' David commented to himself.

Everyone began to run at their own pace, with David being 4th from the front, Bennett being 3rd, side by side with him, Feil being at the front, and Sam who was right behind him.

A few hours had passed, yet their professor never told them to stop or even take a break! They had been running for what seems to be a hundred rounds or so... they were fricking tired, alright!?

"David... hah... hah... how many... rounds... hah... has it been?" Bennet was panting heavily as if he was about to pass out or throw up in the colosseum.

"We've run for about one hundred to one hundred fifty rounds... it's not that bad, right?" David casually said.

"What?... hah... It felt like... I've been running... multiple marathons non-stop!" Bennett's form was also breaking at this time, though it didn't stop him from excessively wiping his sweat like crazy.

"Well... considering how large this colosseum is, I think we might have ran the distance of a marathon or two by this point." David pointed out.

"What?... no no no no... I'm taking... hah... a break... I give up!" Bennett threw himself onto the ground near the middle of the colosseum so it wouldn't affect the other's jog.

To be honest, even one lap of the colosseum would be around 2640, basically half a mile, so running for one hundred+ round would be around four marathons or more!

Half of the class were already on the ground, panting for breath, they didn't save the girls from such intense training either, even if there weren't any weights or restrictions.

Seeing how people were slowly giving up and taking a break in the middle, Gluri shouted again.

"Alright, since the majority of the students have given up around the 160th round, we will stop the jogging session!" Gluri had a small weird box in his hand which was enhancing his voice.

Hearing the order, David jogged back to see the 12 people who were basically dying. The only people who survived were David, Feil, and Sam who all worked up a decent sweat, except for David who was completely fine.

"Alright! Don't lay down on the floor, do some stretches, you may do your own or follow my lead, understood?" Gluri yelled.

"Understood, sir!" everyone replied.

They begin stretching, most of the students were following the professor while David, Bennett, Feil, and Sam were doing their own thing, 'Mn... I feel like I could've run another 20 marathon before my speed would decrease due to exhaustion.' David thought while checking his stamina bar.

After they were done doing a few minutes of a full-body stretching session, the group of students huddled together.

"Ahem!"

Everyone looked at Mr. Gluri.

"Now that I have everyone's attention. Today's class will always start with different types of workouts like this. As this is the recommended class, we have the same privilege as the upperclassman, being able to use spaces that distort time."

"For today's class, I will be sparing with you. Although you have been tested, it would be better for me to experience for myself... how strong you really are." Gluri's voice cooled down, revealing 14 clones of himself behind him.

"We will be in different colosseums for each student, so don't worry about the 'lack' of space." Gluri snapped his fingers, teleporting all the students away.

The students were teleported one by one, leaving only David behind.

'Oh fuck... is he one of those overpowered teachers that'll be in the end-game part of the story?' David started sweating, imagining his teacher's profound strength.

"Well then, David. It's just the two of us now, no need to hide your beatman status." Gluri's figure appeared before him.

'Ah... I forgot about that. Fuck... I did accidentally transform, ugh... troublesome...' David complied, and transformed into a modified version, without the wings, small horns and tails, and no markings.

"Interesting! Interesting indeed! No wonder you're the only student in this school that was able to beat an instructor within the first few minutes!" Gluri smiled widely, slightly creeping David out.

"Please do not stare at me like I'm a rare specimen." David deadpanned, revealing his claws.

Seeing how serious David was in contrast to his outburst and his broken character, he quickly calmed down, "Oh! My bad! Anyway, let the match... begin!"
