Strange glyphs, their meaning obscured by time, glimmered faintly along the walls, pulsating as though alive. The air itself was heavy, charged with an energy that prickled her skin. Seedee hovered beside her, his small, seed-like form glowing faintly in the gloom.
"Be cautious, Li An. This place is not what it seems," Seedee murmured, its usually playful tone somber.
