Vanessa’s POV

It was during one of the frustrating events that she organized that I met Richard’s mother again.

I knew at that moment that meeting Richard will be anytime soon and that’s why as Bella told me to run after him and give him the so-called nonsense that she had down, I was ready to not be Vanessa but to be Scarlet.

After he defended my honor before Bella, he dragged me out of the place to his car

“Get inside the car Vanessa, or I'll make you” Over my dead body

“You need to leave me alone and for the umpteenth time, I'm not Vanessa. You need to stop all these, please. You took me for the wrong person” I screamed at him.

“Just stop this madness, Vanessa please. Just stop. I've had enough of this for a whole night. You keep denying that fact. Did you lose your memory or something? Answer me, did you?” I ignored his question.
