Chapter 104 my pie

Charles love the looks of horror on the face of Mr Williams and his accomplished Mr Robin. He loves the looks of fear and terror on their eyes. Just what he wants to seen, their fear.

He sneered, "scared kittens" .

Hearing what Charles just said, Mr Williams compose himself well to show he wasn't in anyway affect by the devil calls.

" Who that Mr Charles?" Mr Williams asked heartedly.

"Oh the devil" Charles said, not even giving the old man a glance. "Hello?" He answered the call whlie Lilah who sat beside him, shiver, she couldn't understand why her body reacted that way but maybe it was because of the call. She concluded, couldn't be able to bear more of the fear growing in her. She wanted to stood up but held back by Charles.

"Where are you going?"

"The bathroom" Lilah answered. It would be better if she lied. Why can't Charles read the looks on her eyes!

For Chris sake! The same man who want her friend was the one calling! She can't sit down there and wait for him to finish answering his call.

Charles clearly understand while the girl was scared but he didn't let go instead he said. "You don't have to run and hide. He can't bite you. Not when I am here" he assured her. Lilah fake a smile and sat back.

The atmosphere in the room was odd, no one speaks, as all seen to lost their voices just due to the devil calling Charles.

Mr Williams face seen pale and reddish. He just can't bear the tension of staying in the same room with devil assistant. If Lilah would have been a good girl and listen to him, no of these would have happened!

God just blessed him with a stubborn daughter!

Lilah just never listen to anyone!

"Hello" the voice on the phone said. Enough for everyone in the room to hear the conservation between them.

"Where are you? I have call your office line to reach out for you but no sight of answering. I wonder where you are" Lim said coldly and calmly. He was angry but wasn't for his friend.

" Just that I went to see my future wife to be" Charles said, winkle his eyes at Lilah who flattered and blush before she compose herself.

Lim understand what Charles said. That word have a lot of meaning that only the two of them can understand themselves on their playful language.

" What do you want?"

"A black sheep has the guts to cross my line and I want you to take care of that"

With this statement, Mr Williams heart shattered, he wasn't in the same energy he was before he came back in. Also with Mr Robin just that Lilah was the only who could understand that statement well. But she questioned herself. "What black sheep?" 

"Alright, consider it done!" Charles said smiling and end the call. The devil have given him a mission.

"Mr... Mr Charles, do you need anything?" Mr Robin  asked, he too was feeling uneasy. Now, a dead message have been given to Charles, them wonder who was going to be the black sheep the devil refers to.

"Hmm, I don't want to" he click on his phone and turned his gaze to the girl beside him. "I have already have what I wanted" he smiled.

Lilah didn't understand what why her father and Mr Robin was too tense. Do they know  Mr X? No no no. She doubt that they can't know this man.

She was the only one who have a contact with Mr X before the service. She sighed. Then, a thought comes into her head which left her to thinks.

What is Charles up to, that he wouldn't even let her have her space!

Charles saw the girl was lost in her thoughts, and thinking mode. A wicked thought flew into his head that makes him smile.

"Mr Williams, I would like to ask a question?"

"Yes... Yes Mr Charles. Anything you want. Just say it and it's done ! " Mr Williams respond quickly.

" I want to take your daughter out and she would be back later in the day or properly never today"

" But .. but Mr Charles" before Mr Robin could complete his statement to correct Mr Charles. Mr Williams quickly patted on his hand.

" Alright Mr Charles, you can take her out but promise to bring her back" Mr Williams said lovely.

Lilah was shocked, she couldn't believe how her father could be this royalty and terrifying at the same time. What happening? Is Mr Charles presence that intimidating to the old man? She wondered. 

Charles drift his eyes to the direction of Mr Williams.

"Are you sure?"

Mr Williams nodded obeyed like a beggar son. He could process the relationship Mr Charles was planning to have with his daughter. But can't tell if his intentions is true or fake 

Charles smile and extend his hand to Lilah after he stood up quietly from his seat..

"Come on. Let go !" He said. Lilah take a look around the room and saw that her father and Mr Robin wasn't affect by her leaving.

She drags on Charles hand and led the way out.

Mr Williams and Mr Robin was agape at the action of their daughter. They couldn't believe the girl just accept the hand of the demon and left!

Immediately the lounge was empty without the two in sight. Mr Williams said. "Make sure when she comes back. She leaves this house as soon as possible!."

Mr Robin nodded assuring him his true submission.

"I will make sure of that Mr Williams" Mr Robin bowed a little bit.

Rosary hotel room...

She had managed to get herself ready in time. Since the treatment doctor Sam have apply on her feet. It feels more better that she can walk with it.

Gently, she made her way out of the room and down to the stairs. Just her way back, she barge into someone accidentally.

"Oh shit!" The lady cursed. But when she saw the lady face. She quickly apologize again and again. The lady wasn't just a simple lady, she was dressed in a stylist clothes, looking breath-taking. She appears to be no other than Tiana. 

"Miss Tiana, I am sorry. I have a no idea you are on the way?" Rosary said.

Tiana who was about to curse in with pains and hatred, quickly compose herself. After her last contact with Lim this morning. She didn't want to do anything that would provoked him. But for sure, she won't give up that easily. This girl would be out of the contract in one way or the other. It just a matter of time.

"You don't have to apologize okay. Hope you body is alright now"
