It was 5:00pm. Semirat just got home from work and she left work early today because there were no much work at the company. She dropped the heel shoes and the bag on the floor and she sat down on the chair.

As she sat down she heard a horn of a car in her compound, and she had known that it was Raheem. She got up and going out; sound of the door opened and closed. She got down to the compound and saw Tomiwa coming down from the car.

"Mom! Good evening ma and I miss you" He ran to his mother as he came out from the car and hugged each other with a smile. They did an extra lesson and it was around 3:00pm that they uses to be done.

"I miss you my son, you can go inside and I am coming soon okay!" She said with low voice to Tomiwa and he started going inside.

"How are you Basit? And how was school today?" She greeted Basit inside the car and with smiles on her face.

"I am good anty! And school was good as well" Basit replied, Semirat rubbed his hair with the smiles and faced Raheem. He was standing beside the car and looking at Semirat with a romantic looks and smiling.

"Why are you looking at me like this?" Semirat said with low voice and Raheem giggles.

"Just looking at you and happy as I am looking at you" Semirat smiles and looking at each.

"Thank you for dropping my Son, how are you doing and how was work today?"

"I have told you to stop thanking me, I don't like it. Well! I am good and work was fine as well" He said with low voice and with a romantic smiles on his face.

"Alright! I am sorry for that" She apologized, Basit was looking at them inside the car and happy that finally his uncle had got seen a lady that he loves.

"Hmm! Can I come and take you out for lunch tomorrow at work?" Semirat got silent for few minutes, looking at Raheem and him too was looking at him and waiting for her reply.

"I will be expecting you!" She with low voice and with a smile.

"Thank you very much!" He hugged her with joy, released himself from her after few minutes and entering into the car.

"Bye! See you tomorrow!" He said with loud voice as he entering into the car and closed the door, Semirat stepped back a little and looking at him as he was driving out from the compound.

She looks at him still he drove out from the compound and going inside with smiles on her face, she too loves Raheem that it couldn't be hind anymore. She opened the door, entered into the house and closed the door.

Tomiwa had changed to his house fit, he had took his mother's bag and shoes to her room. He sitting on the floor and doing his assignment when his mother entered, she sat down on the chair and looking at him.

"Lets me go and cook noodles and before it could ready, you will have done with your assignment" She said with low voice and got up.

"Mother! I have forgot, Father bought this for me and food that I ate for lunch at school" He brought it out from his back and showing his mother.

"Father! You mean Raheem right?" She asked with low voice and she had been thinking maybe it was Akeem.

"No Mom! My father, he came to my school today during the breakfast. He gave me this and the food that he bought from a restaurant" He said with smiles.

"What? Akeem came to your school! No problem, its fine and I hope you like it?" She controlled herself immediately and controlling her anger because of her child.

"Yes Mom! He said that he is back now so he will be coming frequently now to check on me" Semirat pretends to laugh and thinking of what to do.

"My Son! Please you have to do something for Mummy now, okay!" She said with low voice.

"Put the gift back inside your bag, pack your books and go and continue with the assignment in your bedroom. Please do that now, I want to do something very important"

"Alright Mom!" He got up, packed his book with the gift inside his bag, and used the bag to cross his right shoulder and going to his room. Semirat was looking at him with smiles as he was going inside, she changed her looks as the door closed.

"What nonsense! Is he trying to involve my son into this or what to put us too in trouble?" She said with anger and dialing his mobile number.

Akeem was in the living room with his friend, sitting on the chair and thinking about how to get the money. He had known that the guy's boys had been everywhere in town searching for him. He took the phone beside him as he heard it ringing and picked it.

"Hello! What is the mean of that? How could you went to my son's school without letting me know?" She said with anger.

"I have all the right to see my son, so I don't think that should concern anybody" Him too said with anger.

"I am telling you, leaves my son out of this. Don't put my son in your trouble, leaves him out of this and I am warning you!"

"Point of corrections, our son and I have all right on him as well. I can see my son anytime and any day I like, so you can't call me and be telling me to stay away from my own son"

"The son, you don't care about. The son that you said that you are not here for that its money you are after. Do you want to put my son's life in a risk? You know what you have put yourself into so face it all alone and don't involve my son in it"

"You have said that nothing concern you about that and about my life so don't talk to that. Also I have all right on my son and I can see and visit him anytime I like, so you don't have any right to call me and being shouting on me" Tj was looking at him and breathe in.

"I have the right to call and shouts on you because I can't sit down and let you kill my son for me. You are the one that put yourself in trouble then face it alone; for the past seven years you know nothing about how my son is suffering and now that you said that you are back, it's to put his life in a risk" Shouting and talking with anger.

"Please Woman! He is my son and nothing is there if they take us together, he is my son through all" Semirat had been burning inside her and looking with anger.

"Listen to me and listen careful, stay away from us and leaves my son out this. If you don't, I will call police on you" She said with anger and hanged up from the call.

Akeem giggles as he hanged up, not that he was happy but in sadness and looking with anger shows all over him.

"You know what is on ground now, why will you went to your son's school? Do you want those people to take you with your son?" TJ said with low voice.

"That is exactly what I want to do!" He said with anger and looking straight front like a blind person.

"She said she doesn't care of anything that happen to me right! So let see if she won't care or pay the money if they take I and my son together; I know she won't want to lose our son and that is why i planned this"

"But I will suggest you should not do that, we know how deadly the guy is and what if she doesn't has the money that you just assumed that she has it. That won't be good on her and we are not talking about small money here, two million naira" He said with low voice.

"She has the money, she is my ex-wife and I know her net worth when we are still together. Not talk of now that she is working at MMO Company" He said with loud voice.

"Agreed! But you are not supposed to be forcing the payment on her after all what you have done and for her to leave you" He looked at TJ.

"I have begged her and now there is nothing to do again, I don't want to die. So I have to do this, and I know Semirat very well, for her to keep saying that she won't give me that money, she won't so I must do something because I don't want to die" He breathe out and cool down.

"Nobody know how future will goes, but I am promise I will return the money back to her if I get it now. I will surely return it and now I have been learning as a man" He said with low voice and felt bad.

"I just pray we get the money on time before all those people find you because my life is at risk as well as your closet person now" TJ said with fear.

"Calm down and chill, I will get the money!" Akeem said and thinking, TJ rest his back on the chair and looking at Akeem.

Semirat was sitting on the chair with anger shows all over her, shacking her legs and thinking of what to do when her phone started ringing and it was Somia calling her. She took the phone beside him and picked the call.

"Hello sweetheart! Something surprise me today!" It was Ashar's mother that she wanted to gist Semirat about.

"Can you imagine the rubbish that Akeem did today and how he wants to put my son's life in a danger" She said with loud voice and like she had been expecting Somia's call before.

"What happened? And calm down, it's like you are very angry" Somia left her gist and pay attentions to Semirat.

"He went to Tomiwa's school today to see him when he knows what he is going through right now; I called him to warn him and he was saying rubbish that he has the right on his son, has the gut to shout on me and said nothing is there if all those boys takes him together with our son, what nonsense is that!" Semirat explained with anger.

"That mean he intentionally went to visit him in school so that if they take Tomiwa with him, you won't have any choice than to pay the guy" Somia was in her bedroom and she just arrived from work even she hadn't changed.

"Yes! That it's his plan, and we all know how deadly the man is. A person that could killed someone for Akeem to know how deadly he is, he can do anything dangerous than that and all those people don't care to kill an entire family" She said with anger.

"This is a big risk for us! That guy just want to put everybody in trouble" Somia said with low voice and even she didn't know what to say.

"This is the reason why I divorced him. I don't know why you borrowed the money? What you borrowed the money for? So why is it that I am the one that will pay the money that I have an idea on" She was very angry.

"You are not going to pay that money, what rubbish is he trying to do? You know all these before you went to the man and borrow the money, now you want to put that on someone else" Somia too had got angry.

"I am telling you! What concern me if someone is after your life! I have known what to do, I will call police on him and order them to lock him up because I can't let him put my son's life in a danger"

"No! No!! Semirat, leave police out of this because nothing concern police about this and there is nothing they can do because Tomiwa is he is son and him too is his father, so he has the right to see his son anytime he likes. Also, we can't arrest the guy because it's Akeem that went to him to borrow money" Semirat breathe in.

"So with this police can't come into it, even they will say that it's none of their business because we are talking about family here. He is his son now and the truth most be say Semirat"

"What should I do now?" Semirat asked with low voice and she had fed up.

"We are the one that should be very vigilant and provide very tight security for Tomiwa, we are going to tell their school management about it, Raheem too and we are going to be very careful as well. So I believe there won't be any problem" Somia tried to calm her down.

"Okay! I have heard you and I have believe in you!" She said and calm.

"I have a guy that I will talk to and be helping us to monitor Tomiwa, so put your mind at rest my sister. But this Akeem----"Somia stopped and didn't want to talk about that again.

"Alright! So what did you called me for before I come up with this one?" She asked with low voice.

"Don't worry about that, I will gist you at work. Let me call the guy so that he will start planning on it. Just rest your mind!"

"Alright! Thank you very much Somia!" She said with smiles.

"Oh! I haven't cook for Tomiwa, he hasn't eat anything" She just remembered that she wanted to cook noodles for him.

"Go! Go!! And cook for my son, talk to you later then" Somia said and hanged up from the call. Semirat dropped the phone on the table and ran to the kitchen.
