ELEVEN

First, it was strangers barging into their van out of nowhere and being threatened not to inform anybody about it, followed by being stalked till their delayed flight and now appearing in their dorm out of the blue. The chain of unforeseen events was too much to take in within a couple of days for the Six men.

"Why don't you come and have a seat with the other boys here?" One of the women said to both the blond-haired men who stood at the entrance of the living room, yet to be sure if they were still hallucinating.

Lucas gestured to the two to have a seat at the empty spot beside him on the couch, "Come here." He said, which left the rest of the members shocked. He wasn't the type to give in so easily, but what he just did was the exact opposite.

What Lucas wanted right now was the right chance to get these stalkers caught. Disrupting their schedule at such a crucial time was bad enough, but breaking into their private space was the last straw.

"Now then, if you're all here, let's get started with what we're here for." Said the dark-haired woman as she eyed each and everyone in the room.

"Question: When will you stop bothering us? Are you so much in need of trouble that you come to such an extent with your actions?" Ian asked, smirking at the woman.

"You lack manners, I see." The brunette among the two women shot back, "And if anything, you're the ones in trouble here."

"I'm genuinely curious about the 'trouble' you've both been mentioning since the beginning." Vincent joined the conversation.

"That's exactly what we're here for." She replied, " But first-" Her words were cut short by Ian.

"In all honesty, the only trouble I see here is the two of you." He raised an eyebrow.

"Was that supposed to be a joke? I'm sorry but you're awful at it."

"Excuse me but I don't get what you meant by 'lack of manners' earlier when you're the ones breaking into someone else's place."

"So much for what we're going through for you bunch of dimwits."

"Lady, you better mind your language," Lucas stated. "Do you get that we've been tolerating you and your silly games for a bit too long already?--"

"Shut up." The woman who was quiet the whole time hissed, "If none of you are ready to listen, then I guess you're all gonna have it the hard way."

She reached for her pocket and placed a fancy silver object on the coffee table in front of them that got their eyes widened.

"You bought that with you?" The other woman questioned.

"Yeah, I had a feeling you'd make a scene here."

"That chicken-legs started it!"

"...Who are you?" Liam spoke up, eyes glued to the weapon placed in front of them, which made the woman smile in content.

"Now that's much better," She started, "Hello there, I'm Amelia, and the one beside me is Evelyn."

"You tell our names out just like that?" Evelyn questioned in shock.

"Don't interrupt me." She said before continuing, "So, let's cut to the chase. The trouble you're in is nothing but a life or death situation. You see, we've been followed by this guy who wanted to harm us and we needed to escape. We entered your van assuming it's ours, but by the time we knew it, it was too late. So, we 'borrowed' your van for the time being." She made sure to keep an eye on each of them, "What we thought was that it was all over once we parted ways, but that was where we were wrong."

"I'll tell 'em the rest." Evelyn insisted before continuing where the latter left off, "So, we got to know that this dude- we call him Victor- he has got an eye on you and is assuming we're related some way. Once he's got his hands on you and finds out that you've got nothing to do with us, he wouldn't hesitate to erase your existence. And yes, by that I mean, even if you're the face of the music industry at the moment."

She stopped to observe their expressions. Two of them were keenly eyeing the shiny object placed before them, it was hard to tell if they were in shock, daze, or were observing it. Or even worse, contemplating some useless move that might lead the situation to turn into a more chaotic one.

"And that's the trouble you're in right now," Amelia concluded.

Just then, Liam grabbed the gun from the coffee table and pointed it towards Amelia, exactly how Evelyn had predicted.

"And you want us to believe that?" He pierced a glare into her eyes.

Evelyn noticed Amelia's change of expression.

'𝘖𝘩 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥. 𝘐 𝘨𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦.'

"Hey, you better put that down before you regret it," She stated, hoping it would ease the tense atmosphere.

He turned his gaze towards her, "You'll be the one regretting your actions here."

"You think that's loaded?" Amelia stared right back, gaining his attention.

'𝘏𝘦'𝘴 𝘢𝘧𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦. 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦.' She smirked.

"H-huh?" He held the weapon more firmly. "What- don't you think you could--!"

One swift move and it was Liam plunged onto the couch with the gun placed over the forehead. That was enough to get the rest of the men on their feet. Vincent rushed and got beside Liam.

"H-hold on, what's the meaning of this?" James stammered, "You said you were here to explain, but what you're doing is--" He struggled to form sentences, "Just tell whatever you've got to say, w-we're listening, alright? I apologize on behalf of my friend here."

"Now we're talking." Amelia's expression once again changed in an instant, moving the gun away from Liam.

'𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯?' Patrick wondered.

"The introduction isn't over just yet. You see this?" She held up the weapon in her hand and stared at it in admiration as she spoke. "My favorite Beretta M9. She's just... beautiful. " She turned her gaze to the men, "Isn't she?" and waited for an answer.

Patrick noticed so he slowly nodded, earning a smile from Amelia.

"What's so special about this, you might ask." She eyed James who stood beside Vincent, "That's right. I could get a better one- a Diamond Premium, even. But you know what made me choose this one?" She walked towards Vincent and made him observe the alluring chunk of metal,

"You see these custom-made specialized ivory grips here? Something about them just wouldn't let me take my eyes off of 'em." She grabbed his finger and trailed it down the grips and engravings.

"It even feels beautiful, doesn't it?"

She wasn't wrong. It was indeed beautiful, but deadly.

"I call it Sweven," She added as the room was filled with silence, not like she ever cared.

"And let me warn you," She shot a glare at Liam, "No one lays a finger on Sweven."

'𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥.' Patrick stepped towards Liam, sensing that something about this woman was eerily off.

"And let me show you what happens if you do." She pointed the gun back towards Liam, an indescribable dark expression played in her eyes.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Before he knew it, Lucas was beside Amelia, grabbing her arm.

Patrick took the chance to stand between the woman and Liam.

"This is nowhere near 'just a talk.'" He stepped forward until his neck brushed the muzzle of the gun. "If you dare harm any of them, try me."

"Pat, what are you doing?!" James tried to stop him.

Vincent grabbed his arm which made the younger look at him in question. He stopped him from walking towards Patrick. "Don't." He said before he turned to the women with a scowl, "And you said you were helping us. Looks like you're here looking for trouble after all."

A shatter of glass was heard.

"Put down your weapon or else!" Ian held a piece of pointed glass against Evelyn's throat.
