Ruth explained to Harold the perks Vincardine and thus O'Dells are planning to provide to the new businesses and especially Harold's two corporations that were big names outside Vincardine.
Harold was impressed by their ambitions, but he still had a few doubts. Not bothering anyone else, he directly asked about them to Ruth.
"You have planned so much Luna, but I doubt Vincardine's coffers are so full to cover all these expenses."

For the initial time, we are going to repair the current fleet of ships we have and use them in the first phase of our project. We are also aiming to use the Southwestern coastline of Vincardine to establish a shipyard where Vincardine will build new ships that will satisfy the changing demands.
