"Mr Davies… Mr Davies"
Harold heard Eloise calling after him, yet he kept on taking long strides after the meeting. He thought she would give up, but he clearly underestimated her. Before he could fasten up his pace, he felt her holding his arm.
Harold finally stopped. Eloise stepped to stand in front of him with a displeased expression on her face.
"How may I help you, Lady Eloise?" Harold asked with a formal polite voice.
"How about stopping after hearing my voice from the next time?"
"Oh, I will think about it." He was about to walk past her when she again held his arm to stop him.
"I am not done here, Mr Davies."
"And I don't have all day to hear you, Lady Eloise."
Eloise glared at him at his arrogance. She was not in the mood of arguing with him.
"You didn't need to be so rude then." She came straight to the point.
Harold feigned innocence. "Pardon, Lady Eloise but I don't know what you are talking about."
