Noon Too Soon Chapter 2

They speed off and get to the center of town where they're to be judged for the princess contest. After the judging,. Luke and Obi start to get ready for the dance.

Obi is still nervous about asking Levy to the dance, but Luke told him that he had talked to Bisca who talked to Lucy. Bisca was going to come over and help Obi and give him some pointers on how he could ask Levy out.

Ding dong! The doorbell rang; it was Bisca.

Luke says, "Hey Bisca how ya doing? Wow, you look stunning!"

"Aw thanks, I'm doing well. Lucy gave me a lot of pointers on how Obi can ask Levy out at the dance tonight."

"Awesome," he exclaimed.

Obi walks down the stairs, "Hi Bisca, how are you?"

"Good, did Luke tell you the plan yet?"

"No, not yet."

"Thanks, okay, I'll explain what Lucy told me then we can head to the dance; sound good?"

"Yeah, sounds great!"

"Excellent! Let's get started."

Two hours were spent explaining to Obi how to say the right things at the right time to Levy. He finally has a clear idea of how he's going to ask her out. On the way to the dance, Obi is till a bit nervous, but quickly shakes off that fear once he sees Lucy and Levy enter the dancehall.

As they walk in Obi quickly sees all the girls are dressed in ball gown type dresses of all sorts of mixed or solid colors while the boys are in polo shirts or tuxedos with ties to match their dates he's a bit nervous but as his friends are behind him he thinks to himself "I have nothing to fear as long as they're here too." and continues to walk in.

Luke "Wow they really went all out this year!"

Bisca "They sure did!

nervously Obi walks in with the others but loses sight of Levy and starts to panic as he scans the room.

Bisca "Don't worry Obi, I talked to Lucy and she said that she could help you out.

Obi nervously "How!?"

"She said that she would introduce you two and leave so you guys can get to know each other better."

"Oh is that all, well that doesn't sound too bad I guess."

Luke "What do you mean haha I don't think you could have a better set up!"

"Yeah you're right I'm just a bit nervous."

"Don't be I talked to Lucy and she thinks you have a pretty good shot."

Boom! The lights turn off

Then a whole bunch of people start to panic "Hey what's going on who turned out the lights! I can't see! what's happening!" As everyone frantically looks around for a way to turn on some light, A girl suddenly shrieks! Then there is another muffled scream!

"Okay so one thing we do know is Lucy saw a shadowy figure outside next two people vanish without. What now?"

"we look."

"Okay where Lucy?"

"I believe the cemetery is our best bet because everyone seems to believe its the work of a ghost so where else would a ghost be?"

"Your right I think the first place to look is the graveyard then we'll make our next move. Ah I just hope we can find them and solve the mystery soon or who knows what might happen."

Both girls "Luke don't talk like that we will save them.

As they walk out to Lucy's car they see something stuck in her windshield wipers.

Bisca "Luke, what is that?"

Lucy "Let's check it out!!"

Luke: " It's a ransom note!"

Both girls "What's it say!"

Luke "It says to whom have found my note your one step closer to finding your friends the rules of this game are no cops and no outsiders to the 3 who have found the note there will be a total of 10 notes find them all and your friends will be returned. don't find all the notes by sun rise, prepare to meet the headless horseman of sleepy hollow.now moving on to your first clue and the place you'll find the next clue go the place wear it all began."

Bisca "The place where it all began what does that mean?"

Lucy "I got it!" 

Luke "Got what?"

Lucy "The clue where it all began, the dancehall that's where they were taken hint where it all began!"

Bisca "Lucy's right, now  we have to get back to the dancehall before it's too late!"

As they hurry back to the dancehall they see that the police are gone.

Luke "The police aren't here that's gonna work in our favor."

Lucy "Wow that dancehall sure is creepy at night."

Bisca "Yeah it sure is"

Luke "Pulls on the door handle Its locked!"

Bisca "Look up their an open window!"

Luke "Alright now how do we get in?"

Bisca "We can use the ladder on the back of that trailer>"

Lucy "Great plan so whos gonna climb the ladder?"

Both bisca and luke look at her

"Wait not me!"

Bisca "Your the smallest one here you have to."

"Oh okay."

Luke "As soon as you get in open the back door."Okay I will!"

As lucy climbs the ladder she gets to the top and swings her legs over the window cill and bang boom bang clash, and hits the floor! 

Bisca "Well at least we know she made it in side."

As the door opens.
