Valerie was happy to see kathlyn even though they parted a few hour ago.

I missed you,valerie siad burying her face into kathyln shoulder as kathyln was a little taller than her.

Come sit,i ordered suchi,kathlyn said and valerie released her and looked at her.

Suchi?,valerie said.

I know you love suchi so i ordered it after i gave you my address,kathlyn said and sat down again on the comfy cushion.

By the way,the interiors are wonderful here,valerie said.

Hours passed by before their suchi were delivered,valerie went amd opened the door to the guy who delivered the suchi and holy he was like an idol,he looked too beautiful.

Good evening ma'am,the hot guy greeted.

He...hey,she said trying to get the words out.

Here are your suchi extra size,he said with a smile and she felt like the heavens were listening to jer prayers.

Let me get the money,she said and closed the door tapping her chest as it was beating loudly.

I heard the doorbell is the suchi guy here,kathlyn asked cleaning her hair with a small white fluffy towel as she just came out of the shower.

Why are you flushed?,kathlyn asked as she came closer to valerie.

I think am in love,valerie said taking the money off the kitchen counter,meanwhile kathyln looked confused.

I just saw the hottest delivery guy ever,he was so cute,valerie said looking lost in thought while kathyln stared at her face.

You mean the suchi guy,kathlyn said with a smile and valerie nodded.

Well them take his number,kathlyn advised.

I can't just take his number,i would look like a freak asking him for his number,valerie said and kathlyn took the money from her anf headed for the door.

Sorry to keep you waiting,here is your money,kathlyn ssid and gave him the money and took the box of suchi from him.

As he was about leaving kathlyn stopped him from moving and he turned back to look at her.

It may sound too abrupt but can you give me your number,kathlyn said with a straight face.

Excuse me,he said confused.

Well my friend has problems talking to you,i know you realised it,she said based of statistics.

You mean your cute friend who left me hanging at the door,he said and valerie facr blushed.

Well you can talk to her now,kathlyn said and moved so valerie was facing him.

They talked to a while with her feeling shy most of the time,but she became more comfortable snr indulged more into the conversation meanwhile kathyln was eating the suchi while watching television.

Moments later valerie entered the house smiling brightly.

We exchanged numbers,valerie said with a smile but it soon changed to a frown.

Why were yiu so cold and aloof while talking to him,valerie asked.

You have to be cold and aloof so as not to show your weak side to anybody,kathlyn said and passed valerie a chop stick.

You confuse me sometimes,but i love that about you,valerie said and joined in eating the suchi.

They ate while chatting and laughing,when they were done eating they watched a kdrama romance movie before going to sleep.

It has being three weeks and the movie was a huge hit,so many lovers of the male and female lead,valerie had being busy going on dates leaving kathlyn at home alone,she was always going to one date or another with her suchi guy.

It was early one Saturday morning and valerie wad taking a call for over an hour now,it wasn't much of a shock or surprise to who called her,when she was done taking her call she came to kathlyn smiling happily.

The suchi guy,valerie said kathyln nodded.

We are taking out time to know each other well,valerie said and jumped on the couch.

I see why you go for three dates in a day,kathlyn said with a smile and valerie laughed.

Now am free what do you want to do today?,valerie asked.

How about we go that new clubhouse,its just down the street,valerie suggested.

Come on at least just this once,valerie said trying to convince her.

We will go this evening,valerie said and kathlyn pretended not to hear her and left for the kitchen to bake something as she was less busy.

Valerie helped him and kneaded the flour,beated the eggs and the rest while kathyln did the rest by her self,she decided to bake a cake,it was a two layer cake and when she was done she went to take a bath and change her clothes as it was messed up,just as she went to the bathroom her phone rang and she couldn't answer it as she didn't hear it ring on the kitchen counter.

Valerie heard the rinnging tone and picked up the phone from the counter and seeing the caller sje smirked and picked up the phone connecting the call.

Hey bestie,valerie said with a smile.

Logan was surprised and removed the phone from his ear looking at the screen before putting it back.

Val?,he said and she hummed in confirmation.

What are..why..where is kathyln?,he asked sheepishly.

Seriously,you can't even ask hoe i am or what am up to,your asking for kathlyn,valerie said wuth a slight frown.

But it's okay,i figured i am of no importance to you anymore,valerie said.

You completely shut me off after you met mark,logan said.

Yeah whatever forget that and tell me why did you call kathlyn,valerie said and she didn't hear a response and seconds later the call was disconnected.

Arrogant brat,valerie said staring at the phone that had turned off.
