Kathyln got back home by the help of logan who drove her home and wished her goodnight,she didn't wait up for valerie and went to sleep because she didn't think she would be joining her to sleep,luckily annabelle prepared dinner for the both of them so she ate little creamy chicken alfredo style before going to sleep.

She long peacefully anf woke up the next day with a slught headache.

What was mixed in cocktail,she thought and held her head before popping a tablet of painkiller into her mouth.

She got up early and went jogging before taking her bath then going down for breakfast,surprisingly breakfast was already set on the table,with confusion in her eyes she went to the kitchen and saw annabelle washing her hand.

Hey come sit,anna said as she turned and saw kathyln,she dragged her all the way to the dining table and made het sit down.

Kathyln was hesistant to eat as anna continued staring at her and said"is it good",anna asked as kathyln took a bite.

Yh it's good,but why did you make me breakfast?,kathyln asked suspiciously.

Can't i make breakfast for my sister,anna said still smiking while warching her eat till she was done.

Kathyln was about taking the plate to the kitchen when anna stopped her.

Let me do it,you'll go late,anba said taking tge plate from her.

Okay tell me what do you want?,kathyln askes finally.

What do you mean?,anna said.

You're not like this atleast not this helpful,what is it you want?,kathyln asked again.

Promise you will accept,annabelle said finally admitting she wanted something.

So what is it?,kathyln asked.

Can you..take me..shopping,anna asked hesitantly.

When?,kathyln asked which shocked anna.

Well maybe today,anna suggested.

After work,kathlyn said and anna was happy.

Thank you sis,anna said and hugged her tightly.

Geez you hug like a bear,kathlyn said suffocated in Anna's hug.

Why didn't you say it that way,i was afraid you added something to the food,kathlyn joked and anna laughed.

Lucas come home today when you have time,bianca lucas mom said on the phone.

Any problem,he asked while starting his car to go to the industry.

No,just come home,she said and disconnected the call.

The day went by like a breeze and everyone retreated back to their homes,the movie was a big hit in the entertainment industry and well popular,it was among the most selling movies in 2022,the movie cast also were clear as long as they didn't involve in any dangerous or suspicious activities that will implicate their acting career.

Kathyln got back home and was surprised to see anna already dressed and ready to go.

Oh hey you,anna said trying to act as casual as ever.

You're back already,what a surprise,she added.

You are like the least of my problems now,kathlyn said with a long sigh.

By the way where is val.

Is val home?,kathyln asked as she didn't show up today.

She is resting in her room,anna said.

Is she okay?kathlyn asked.

She didn't quite seem okay to me,come on go change and lets go,there is leftover toast you can eat then we will buy takeout while coming back,she said.

Hurry,she added and pushed her to go.

Am going,kathlyn said annoyed.

She went up to Valerie's room and saw her tucked in on her bed while sleeping peacefully,true to what anna said she looked pale.

Kathlyn was worried so came closer to her and she placed her hand on her forehead and it was burning hot.

Val,valerie,kathlyn nudged her to wake up,sge struggled a bit to open her eyes before looking at kathlyn.

Hi,valerie said with a hoarse voice.

Are you okay?,you're coming down with a fever,kathlyn said worriedly.

I think i was drugged,valerie said which shocked kathlyn.

What do you mean?,kathyln asked confused as she stared at val who looked pale and weak.

Something was mixed in my drink last night,after dancing i had a drink or two and i felt drowsy then someone dragged me to a room and i don't seem to remember anything from there,i just feel sore everywhere,valerie explained and kathlyn seemed dumbfounded and shocked and didn't know what to say.

Let's visit the doctor,kathlyn suggested warily.

No,am fine i just need to rest,val said and when kathyln was about to object she added"anna is really excited to go shopping with you today,she has being talking about it ever since i came back.

You don't look good,maybe i can reschedule it,kathlyn said.

No it's really okay,i need rest,she reassured her.

Have you eaten?,kathyln asked and val shook her head.

I'll get something while coming back,you just rest well okay,kathlyn said talking like a mom going to work leaving her 5 year old at home.

I'll be back early okay,would you like anything specific,kathlyn asked.

I have always wanted to eat outdoor rice noodles,mind getting it on your way,valerie said.

Sure,why not just rest okay,kathlyn said and left for her own room.

Kathlyn got refreshed and dressed casually into a blue t shirt and jean paired with white sneakers before going out to meet anna,they left with a cab while anna was suggesting nice 5 star rated malls to go to,kathlyn wasn't really present there and just hummed whenever she said something,they arrived at the mall and got down entering inside they both went to the shopping section and anna immediately started to look around for trending fashionista clothing to try on,kathlyn wasn't really in the mood and only paid attention when she walked in all dolled up trying all the clothes and asking for opinion,she would just smile if it was good and frown if it wasn't decent so anna kept on trying different clothes.
