Chapter 52 A night I never imagined Part 1
“WHAT are you waiting for?” he asked after I closed the door and went near him.
He rises from his seat and took the bottle of whiskey I was holding. He opens it and pours it into the empty glass, leaving me dazzled.
And what shocks me is when he gives me the glass full of whiskey that he bought. “Drink this,” he said. When I did not take the glass, he put it in my hand.
I just looked at him blankly and did what he asked me to do. I drink everything in one shot. I also saw him drinking his glass.
I walked over and sit on the couch next to him. “Sorry for dragging you in this.” I tried to make my voice strong as I could. I don’t want to cry in front of him.
“How many times you will say sorry?”
I glanced at him. “I-I’m sorry.”
“Don’t you have any word at all? Is that all you can say, sorry?”
I grab the whiskey bottle and drink directly. “It was all my fault why I let Vincent treat me that way.”
