CHAPTER 27: FUN BONDING MOMENT

I could feel someone was shaking my shoulder. I know it was Zane. I wanted to sleep more but he whispered something to me. I opened my eyes slowly and saw the window, it was still dark outside.

'Really? Gosh, what this man up to?'

I sighed and got up. I was not wearing anything under the duvet. I covered myself as I got up from bed. He was already smells nice to nostril. Walking towards the bathroom for me to wash over my body from last night smells.

I did not take too long in the bathroom because Zane is waiting for me. I went to look for my bag but it was nowhere at sight.

"Babe, I put it inside the closet already." He smiled. "I will wait for you outside."

"Okay, thanks." I replied and he went out of the room. I walked towards the closet then I opened it. To my amazed, it was perfectly arranged. Wow just wow.

I quickly wear everything for my body while Zane was waiting outside. I do not know where but I need to see after I finish my routine.

I found Zane standing near the door. "Are you ready?" He asked which made me confused.

Raising my brows, "Ready for what?"

"For the most beautiful part of the house." He grinned and still intrigue. "Come on, we need to settle down first."

Grabbing my right hand, he slowly opened the sliding door. I thought it was just a plain mirror on the hallway, I guess not.

It was a balcony and the smell of the water then a cold breeze greeted me. "I… I do not know what to say but wow." I turned to looked at Zane and he is smiling at me. He was video filming me in his phone. He stopped and put it on the table.

"I know you will be going to react that way and I filming it. I am sorry, love." Pulling me close to him and kissed my cheek.

"I hope I looked beautiful on it." I grinned. "Anyway, I never expect that we are on the beach. I thought it was just a plain area. But gosh, it is really amazing."

I sat down on the chair while Zane was getting the mugs for us with coffee inside. I looked around the balcony and it was not just a simple one. There are outlets for electricity. A coffee maker, foods and small ref. Reclining chair and some pillows. As in wow, you can sleep here and even eat here without going down to the kitchen. This is amazing.

"This is my hidden place if I want to be alone. In other words, my stress reliever place. Brix and other friends knew this property of mine. Not even my family knows about it." He shared it with me. "I am home and refreshing my mind."

"Well, if I have this kind of place I would be here forever. This place is amazing and your words are true. It is refreshing." I agreed.

The sun slowly rises so beautifully. I grabbed my phone and picture it. Zane stood up and pulled me too with him. We took a picture together and smile for the camera. We did it several times before I heard voices down the beach.

I looked down and my eyes were opened wide. There are people down the beach and it is not just unknown people but my friends with their partners. I looked at Zane with my mouth opened but no words came out from the shock.

He even laughed at me and still filming. Then I realized, I was looking like an idiot.

"How?" I asked.

"Well, I messaged Sheila yesterday after we talked and she was happy to spend with us too. I also told her to keep it secret from you." I hugged him tight.

"Thank you! We were planning to have a girl's bonding but now it is really happening." Giving him a peck on the lips. "Thank you, I really miss my friends."

"Come on, let's join them. I am sure you want to meet their partners too." I nodded as he held my hand going down to them.

Sheila, Mildred and Hazel were looking at us as we walked towards them. Then I realized the guys besides them. I only knew Brix but the two guys it was unfamiliar.

"Gosh, I miss you girl." Mildred says as I joined them while Zane went to the boys.

"Me too, we were just talking about the plan of a time for us but now, we are all here together." I said, laughing.

"Well, thanks to your handsome Zane." Sheila rolled her eyes. "But gladly, he did because if we will wait for the right time, it might be takes too long. And I love the place." She added.

"True, it is better to plan right away but planning for so long it would not be happening." Hazel agreed.

"Come, we will introduce you to my boyfriend and Sheila's too." Mildred grabbed my hand as we walked towards the boys.

Zane looked at me and smiled as he saw us coming towards them.

"Tayla, I want you to meet my boyfriend, Blake. And that one is Sheila's boyfriend, Dawson which is both Zane knew them already." Mildred introduced and nodded at me like it was a small world to us.

"Really!" I said, looking at Zane.

Zane nodded with a smiled. "Dawson is one of our close friends since we were in school together with Brix. Blake is my distant relatives. So, we know each other long.

After the brief introduction with the new people, we headed inside the house. They already prepared foods for breakfast. They came here before the sunrise and cooked foods while waiting for the sunrise.

It was indeed a fun bonding moment for us. I enjoyed every moment with them and I have never this so happy before with friends.

It is good to feel alive again without stress from work sometimes.
