Dominating the castle (2)

From within the enormous frame, now with a huge hole in the middle, emerged a knight in armor that covered his entire body. His glowing purple eyes looked at Dmitry, who sat in the armchair with a smug smile. The knight's horse, with a snow-white crest and dark red skin, was chewing on what was left of the table Dmitry had thrown.

"So, two against one? Don't you think that's unfair?" Dmitry said, grabbing the spear's handle and hurling it toward the knight, who effortlessly cut the armchair into three pieces with a simple hand movement. The horse, without any command, turned around and struck Dmitry in the chest, throwing him far away. Dmitry wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth.

"How sad, the horse is the strongest monster I've faced so far," Dmitry said, standing up and looking at the knight on the horse running towards him.

"Could you let me fight the horse? It seems stronger than you," Dmitry said, running towards them and jumping, facing the knight who neither spoke nor showed any emotion. He struck the side of the spear against the sword, with the blade divided into three. Dmitry forced it against the knight's chest as the horse began to run, trying to knock Dmitry down.

Purple light began to emanate from the knight's helmet and spread around his face. Moving his arm that held the sword, he broke the tip of Dmitry's spear. Dmitry jumped past them and landed on the ground, looking back to see the knight standing. The horse's skin had turned white and the crest red.

"Weren't you serious before? Now I understand why this is a castle," Dmitry said, spinning the spear in his hand. He placed his hand behind him, striking the broken spear's tip on the ground, regenerating it. His arm began to be surrounded by a golden light.

"This will use up some mana, so get ready, king of the castle," Dmitry said, pulling his leg forward and disappearing in a golden flash. He reappeared at the knight's side, placing his hand on the knight's chest and throwing him off his mount. The knight crashed through two rooms, stopping in the third, hitting the wall and creating a huge crack. But without noticing, the knight punched Dmitry in the chest, cutting his clothes with the armor's metal.

"So you were right," Dmitry said, kicking the spear's handle with his left leg, spinning the spear to deflect the sword attack. However, the third blade grazed Dmitry's collarbone, causing it to bleed. Dmitry's expression changed to nervousness. He jumped back, quickly made a circle with his back, raising a cloud of dust, and ran towards the knight, appearing at his side and striking the soldier's neck. The bottom of the helmet shattered, revealing a superior smile. The knight attacked Dmitry, creating three cuts on his chest.

Dmitry frowned, looking at the knight. The system screen appeared next to him, showing he had only fifty-eight percent of his life. He thought, 'The bleeding stopped, but it consumed a lot of my life. What a danger, haha.'

Dmitry jumped, landing behind the knight. He passed his arm around the knight's neck, carrying the spear and striking the knight's back multiple times without giving him time to react. He kicked the knight's leg, thrusting the spear into the knight's belly, breaking the armor protecting his back.

"Relieve some of your burden?" Dmitry said, stopping the knight's kick by holding his leg. The knight hit the ground with his hand, throwing his weight forward, dropping the sword and striking Dmitry's face. Dmitry pushed his fist forward to prevent him from grabbing the sword with his mouth but realized too late that the sword was falling towards the knight's leg. Without giving Dmitry time to react, the knight kicked the sword, hitting its sharp side. The armor covering the knight's waist prevented further injury.

"Damn, I can't dodge," Dmitry said, throwing all his weight to the left, causing the spear to cut deeply just above his ribs. After falling to the ground with the knight without the sword, Dmitry struck the knight's shoulder with the spear's tip, breaking the armor and driving the spear into the ground. Dmitry took a deep breath, gripping the spear handle as a transparent energy circulated through his arm and down the spear, creating a huge crater where the spear's tip was embedded.

"Impact Wave, a very good finishing move, too bad it didn't finish you," Dmitry said, turning around and grabbing the knight's sword blade near his neck, creating a strong wind wave. When Dmitry grabbed it, the wind wave would hit the knight's body, who attacked Dmitry with his legs, trying to make him fall. Dmitry would stomp his left foot on the ground, jumping, pulling his spear from the ground to dodge the knight's lower part. The knight's mouth, shoulder, and back were now unprotected. Lifting the knight, purple smoke darker than the energy from his helmet's eye area began to come out of his mouth. The sword in Dmitry's hand disappeared and reappeared, floating in front of the knight.

'I can only use one more ability, and my life is below forty percent,' Dmitry thought, looking around the area.

"Let's finish this with a knight once and for all," Dmitry said, running towards the soldier. He zigzagged, striking while spinning the spear, hitting the handle against the sword, pushing the sword to the ground, and striking the knight's neck, breaking the armor piece protecting him. Dmitry jumped up, pressing the knight's sword blade against the ground while kicking his neck, driving him to the ground, breaking the helmet, and revealing the knight's red hair and yellow eyes.

'Looks like things are finally getting fun,' Dmitry thought, noting that this boss was more challenging than the previous one. Dmitry stopped, hearing a whinny, and saw the horse, now without a crest, with completely green skin and entirely black eyes.

"So that's why no game screen appeared," Dmitry said, striking the knight's ribs, breaking the armor and creating a deep cut. Dmitry spoke:

"You're not dead yet, ruler of this castle?" Dmitry said, smiling, striking the spear against the ground and jumping away. He looked back and saw the knight and his mount with two screens above their heads.

[Abandoned King - 29% life]

[Receptacle Horse - 71% life]

"I see... Let's see how long you can keep that smile, knowing who the superior one is here," Dmitry said, sighing deeply.

[Boredom - 36% life]

Dmitry looked to the side, seeing his life bar at 36%. He jumped to the left, dragging the spear tip on the ground, and looked at the horse with black eyes and green skin like a cut emerald running towards him. "Don't be so proud, you're just a horse."
