"Sora and Giga Chad are busy cultivating, we should use the resources here and get ready for the incoming battle. We had 3 months, but now we have half that time." The Seeker appeared before Fang Mei and the others, stunning them with his words

"Try and become a half-step immortal. the heavenly law palace has many treasures to help and comprehend the laws, use them." the Seeker said calmly, to which Fang Mei and the others nodded.

the treasures Sora gave had disappeared long ago, although power, Sora needed to keep their form, or else they would break apart and disappear.

So, for the following few days, the 12 heavenly dragon sect didn't simply lay claim to the treasures of the heavenly Law palace, did the same to land. of course, Fang Mei and the others didn't do these things, they cut themselves off from the outside world and spent all their time comprehending laws and cultivating to become stronger.

Hong Ying didn't do such things, instead, she along with the Seeker set off to gain allies with the beast race. It would have been easier to do with this Giga Chad thanks to his bloodline, but he was not here. so they agreed after some time,

So, the Humans, Sea Race, and Beast Race united, and all got ready for the incoming battle with the demon race. As for the Fang Clan, they disappeared, which annoyed Fang Mei as she couldn't find them anywhere else.

So, 15 days later, the 4 regions shook. the 4 otherworldly battlefields fused into one, forming a larger space where the 4 regions stood facing a wave of the demon realm experts.

"Hong Ying you already pushed yourself, anymore you're risking your health." Fang Mei said seeing Hong Ying was about to start singing. these 15 days, Hong Ying had no choice but to push herself to help Fang Mei and the others grow stronger. why?

Because she was not sure if Sora and Giga Chad could appear in time. So, using a technique, she put Fang Mei, Qing Yixuan, Nu Chad, Yu She, Yu Rou, and Yu Jian, within a state of enlightenment. because of this, she was able to help them all greatly improve, but by doing this it caused her strength to drop.

But with the improvement she gave all of them in these past 15 days, let's not forget some of their clones are within states of accelerated time, and they forced laws that best suited them. they didn't try to go overboard knowing that if they did they might create walls for themselves, they were not Sora or Giga Chad, so they pushed themselves to their limits before having their laws reach level 2.

their laws all had a strength of at least 10 million laws, with some stronger than others. in other words, their laws just at level 1 were 10 times stronger than a law that was at level 9. but since they reached level 2 in their laws, the laws give them all strengths of around 1 trillion

adding their cultivation, although didn't do much to improve their strength, as trying to balance out their cultivation with their laws would hold them back, it was still something.

But as for their cultivation, it's where they shined. a person who reached half-step immortal would have a power level of 1 trillion. this brought their strength to around 2 billion, their comprehension within this time was not only limited to the laws, but techniques and many other things such as cultivation arts and themselves

With their strength, one could see just how far Hong Ying pushed herself, she pretty much brought out the potential hidden within all of them and helped them, but the backlash fun doing she was huge

"We don't need Sora or Giga Chad to win anything, we alone are more than capable of doing this. I will only be using the spiritual senses to guild you all in formations." Hong Ying said softly, making everyone frown at how much she was pushing herself, but they nodded

So, everyone got into formations, on their side was all of the sea race, beast race, and humans. this was indeed a huge number ranging in the millions, but the demon race world was just longer and had greater numbers. but the greater the numbers, the harder it is to lead, and the more spread out resources would be, so although their number was huge most of them were just cannon folders.

So, the war began. Avatars were created, and came avatars were destroyed, blood filled the sky, and the air of slaughter filled the otherworldly battlefield. it was too easy to say who would come out as the winner, but it was clear both sides seemed to be evenly matched,

Like this days passed, and no side took time to have a break. The demon race army just kept coming and coming, giving them no choice but to keep fighting. it was clear that the demon race was trying to tire them out, which would have been annoying if Nu Chad wasn't there.

In her avatar, she has over 100,000 experts forming it with her as the core. with a power level of 300 billion, her fog covered the whole battlefield, yet it only devoured the enemies and even devoured their senses. She remained at 100%, allowed her enemy to switch back and forth to rest,

but due to how spread out her fog was, the power behind it was not much, allowing even the weaker avatars to last a few hours before they were completely devoured. Even so, the fog was ground stronger by the second.

"Sora doesn't seem to be here, or Giga Chad... but how could these brats be so powerful? I don't sense that they are being empowered by their laws." the demon Lord said coldly while looking at the battlefield from afar

"Father, although the cost of energy to bring these experts back to life is little, the rate they are falling might cause our demon realm to suffer a noticeable drop." The prince of the demon realm said softly, making the demon lord glare at him for a moment, but his son was right.

being the ruler of a realm was truly like being a god. every demon here who was dying was being reborn within the demon realm, just for them to rush back here angry at how they died, and wanting revenge. this of course cost the heaven and earth energy, and the stronger the person brought back to life, the greater the cost of energy.

"destroy that fog domain that woman created." He said calmly, the demon prince nodded before disappearing, the next moment a huge impact landed in the heart of the fog, spreading the fog and flying away.

An avatar of the demon prince stood, and before anyone could react, it swung its sword towards Nu Chad, but before his a water jet hit the arm of the demon prince, knocking its slash off just enough to miss Nu Chad's Avatar. but the land behind Nu Chad was cut, and even space was cut apart

Qin Yinxan's avatar shot forward, in her hands a trident stabbed forward countless times, as if it was the endless waves of the sea, which stabbed carrying more force than the last, the demon prince was forced to stumble backward many times before he found an opening and slashed towards Qin Yinxan,

But his pupils shrink as he found that at some point, vapor filled the air, and when he attacked it gathered, slowing him down just enough for Qin Yinxan's spear to stab through his avatar and into his chest

"y-you hide the vapor in space and time." The demon prince said in shock while watching Qin Yinxan controlling his blood to flow out of his body, and towards her to devour.

"I knew you were talented... but nothing like Sora." She said softly while licking her lips, but she shook her head, she was in battle, and she couldn't let her head wander. She reached out, took the demon prince, and used her Law Of Unmatched Water to lock the demon prince in a state of frozen time and send him away towards the 4 region realm.

"Let's see how long they can keep this up," Hong Ying said with a smile, this was her plan and it was pretty simple. Nu Chad, Fang Mei, and Yu She was a one-person army. in truth, they alone could angel this army, but she didn't want to show that.

She wanted the enemy to send more and more powerful experts, the main reason she didn't sit out of this battle was that she was the only one capable of telling if it was the main body of the enemy or not. once the enemy sends the main body of powerful experts, they capture them and throw them into their realm,

even if they don't, sooner or later the demon realm would see its power drop, forcing them to retreat as they can't fold to bring back any more people, or would launch an all-out attack of powerful experts, which she was planning for.

"..." the demon lord's eyes were cold while looking at the sight that just happened, closing his eyes to ease his rage, he took a deep breath, but in that split moment where his guard was down, his shadow shook.

the demon lord's eyes widened but just as he wanted Dot shot up into the sky, arms reached out of the shadow, grabbing his legs and pulling him into the shadows, only to reappear miles away from Nu Chad, who quickly suppressed him, and sealed the control his main body had over his clone

"What do you want to do?" The demon lord's eyes narrowed dangerously while looking at them,

"Nothing, we just want to slow you down." Hong Ying said with a smile while walking up to him. She placed his palm on the demon lord's head and began to absorb his soul. the demon lord's eyes widened as he began roaring in pain. the feeling of the soul being ripped apart and absorbed was something super painful, even his main body was suffering from this. unable to even think

"This technique is called the Soul Eater Art, a demonic art as its super painful to have one's soul eaten is super painful. even if it's a clone, the main body would suffer under this technique, their soul might just be crippled." She said calmly, not bothered at all by the demon lord's painful cries.

the army of demons seeing this scene froze in shock, unable to think for a moment seeing how their demon lord was suffering.

the demon lord could of course slow the progress of being eaten down, but that was more painful. he had powerful willpower, yet even so he could not withstand such torture.

"Sucks, I'm too weak to devour all your soul. or else I would have... so I will just torture you until I get what I want." She said with a cold smile,

"what do you want." the demon lord roared through the pain, with a smile, Hong Ying spoke

"3 years, I want you to swear upon heaven and earth that for the next 3 years, we shall not see any demon in our realm." She said with a smile

"Impossible, you can go to hell." The demon lord said through gritted teeth, to which Hong Ying sighed

"Well, I tried to be nice. let's see how long you are willing to feel yourself being eaten away... every hour that pass is an extra year." She said with a smile, before signaling to the others to attack the demons which were caught off guard by all of this,

'We can't defeat this guy, either he backs off and we can focus all our attention on the law ancestor, or we finish him off, which is unlikely. the law ancestor is just to stage, he should have an extremely high power level, far above the hundreds of billions with the actions he took to gain power. if Sora and Giga Chad don't work together, they would most likely fail to defeat him. it would be even more troublesome if this guy joins, Giga Chad is better at devouring things than me. he is best suited for torture... damn I want to turn his soul into a pill, just devouring it like this is so wasteful.' She thought with pity in her eyes

"... to think it's the Soul Eater." the immortal had a shock in his eyes while looking at Hong Ying, Sora's uncle sighed softly.
