Chapter 20: be with me

Yuu got back to Izumi. She was now fully calmed down.

Yuu: Let's burry your mother's body. As those military people will be here soon.

Izumi nodded.

Yuu entered the room and lift her body up and then took her outside.

Yuu: Izumi, where do you want to burry you mother?

Izumi: *with a sad voice* Where my father is, at the nearest village graveyard.

Yuu nodded to her and then took her away to the village graveyard.

Soon Izumi found her father's grave and asked her if he can burry her near father's grave. Yuu nodded and started preparing the grave.

At the anbu headquarter—

??: So that's what happened?

Anbu: Yes

??: Alright, it is sad to lose our experts but at least the mission is completed. You can go now.

The Anbu left the place leaving the man in white clothes behind.

??: Don't worry I will take care of your child.

Around uchiha clan building—

People have started coming near it, they were all military officials.

Military officials: Damn why did the superior gave us the instruction to visit them?

Other military official: Who knows, let's do our work.

Soon the official reached the clan entrance door. They tried to know but when the touched the door, it opened on its own. Seeing this, they went inside only to find dead bodies everywhere.

Military official: What just happened? Call the superiors!!!

One official ran away to call the superiors. The remaining one scanned the whole place to see if someone is alive.

But the only person they found was a kid, who was sitting near a dead body.

They tried to ask the kid what happened but the kid didn't answer there any question. They didn't asked anymore and took the kid to their side while others cover the body.

Soon more people came and then gave the report of what happened to superiors. After that all bodies were covered and then prepared to bury them next morning in the village graveyard

At Yuu side—

Yuu has already put Izumi's mother grave, her gave was extremely close to her husband. After sometime Yuu covered the grave and then took a piece of long stone and then right Izumi's mother name on it and then put on it.

He knew that when other people will see it they will put something more appropriate here.

Yuu: lets go…

Izumi: yes…

Soon both left the place

Morning came and thus news of the Uchiha Clan being wiped out, spread out widely. Also, news of sole survivor was spread.

The Uchiha boy was sent to orphanage and was then raised there.

After reaching the base, First Yuu put the eyes inside a scroll and then try to cheer her up which only resulted in failure.

After sometime, he put bandages on his left eyes and then left for work.

Izumi was sad and she always be inside the tree trunk and rarely eat any food. After a week passed. She finally came out at one night.

Izumi: Sorry for troubling you…

Seeing her out Yuu smiled at her.

Yuu: It's ok.

Izumi: Can you listen to my story?

Yuu: Yes. That's what I was waiting for…

Izumi after listening to this smiled a little. After saying 'thank you' she sit near Yuu, while leaning into his one arm and told Yuu, how she lived her life till now and how sad she got when she lost her last family member.

The height difference caused Yuu to always change position so Izumi would feel comfortable and after sometime her story finally over.

Yuu: What will you do now?

Izumi: I don't know…

Yuu took a meat which he was cooking on fire and gave it to her.

Yuu: I am an orphan… So why not be together?

When Izumi heard Yuu, she cried again and hugged him.

Izumi: Can I really?

Yuu: Yes, you can

She kept hugging Yuu for some time and after calming down she let go with a shy face. Yuu didnt mind it and felt her reaction to be cute.

Thus begins his new life with one new member with him.
