She needed to take the edge off after another encounter with her worst enemy. Maybe enemy was a strong word. But she would never use friend when referring to that man.
"Did he think he could manipulate me?" Thalia muttered while sitting on the spare chair, waiting for her drink.

She quickly sipped her drink as she looked around the room. Thankfully, Travis did not follow her after she dumped him in the middle of the dancefloor.
"Great riddance!" She said as she saw no signs of him. But then again, she sensed the opposite of what she should feel as her eyes sought him out.
