Chapter 125: Fall of The West Gate [3]

The West gate had fallen.

The thick gong of resounding bells spread a wave of disorder throughout the hearts of those who heard it. Those were bells which were never to be rung unless...unless... something truly dreadful broke through one of the gates.

Reo's form was a black streak as he moved at such a terrifying speed.

He quickly caught up to the head of the moving villagers and met up with Leon and Don. Like a meteorite, his figure dropped down so suddenly that everyone gasped with a step back.

"Reo! Wh-whoa, what the-?!"

"The bells, did you hear it?" Reo's previously languid voice was filled with only urgency and anxiety as he interrupted Don's exclamation and instead said.

"The west gate did fall..." Don muttered lightly with a grimace. He hadn't doubted what Reo said about the West gate before , but the reality that it did fall was still shocking and painful.
