Xin Yong had been staring at Jin Yue, her eyes unmoving. She could not explain whether it was because she felt he was joking or that she felt she was in a nightmare that had sworn to not let her wake up.

Her voice was shaky and she immediately stepped away from the table, her breathing uneven.
