Chapter５８

"No matter what, we will always be together and not repeat the mistakes from before." I said after finally leaving his lips as I kept my head against his shoulders. I could feel something wet falling on my shoulders that made me realize that Lewis was crying. So I stayed like that, wanting to give him a chance to calm down.

After hearing my words, he caressed my back and kissed my hair softly. "Okay. It's a promise."

After that, I took care of him for three days. No matter what he needed, I would jump on my feet and get it for him. I could faintly see the color of his face returning to normal from pale. When I was dating Vampire, I had never seen Lewis lively before. And now, my husband's eyes would sparkle every time they would turn to me.

These changes made my heartbeat faster than ever as a trace of blush would appear on my cheeks everytime he would glance at me.
