Door is locked.

His feet were cold. His balls shranked long ago. He could not feel any living parts of his body. A naked man was standing on a tiny dock facing an endless pit on one side and an uncompromisable door on the other.He looked at the screen blankly for almost an hour. The result haven't changed.

It wasn't supposed to be like that. How come a favorite-boy could be left over on a wipelane. He should have been on a silk bed, busy granting the wishes of the deities. He always praised for being most vigorous among his peers. He produced almost hundreds of offsprings for them.

He had been matched with best of the nymphs, all the time. Best of the best. From statuesque blonde fairies to fiery red hot demonesses were given to him every night. So they can produced the most beautiful, strongest and bravest citizens for the Future City.

"Just one mistake. Thats all it takes to become a composte. Damn." He cried for one last time. Lights on the dock turned red. It was time.

Epicalyx was the biggest invention over the century. After humanity beat mortality, over populated cities have fallen one after another. The Great Wars between cities celebrated as regular events. Tousands of people have become bloodlust puppets to gain recognition and fame.

Society crumbled, fell into an oblivion untill one day a pro-peace cult has taken over one of the cities and built the Epicalyx. People who wanted to become a citizen of this newly found Future City has to be sterilized. The flower shaped twin-headed skyscaper on the center was an incubator for population. Only a handful of people over a year could gain a certificate to have a child.

Every once in a decade some of the babies who has most potential for breeding would be selected and raised inside of the petals. Without knowing what the real world was, they lived in almost like a tribe community with his own myths and rituals focused on coupling mostly.

There was only one penalty breeders would face, decomposion. Biggest taboo for the tower was impotency after questioning the outside world. X1-Ti commited both of those crimes in one single event. He has developed quite large ego for himself over the years. He was seen as a mythical hero for many. So, it was not a shock when his stick stopped moving he became furious and made a big fuss about it.
