3 Reasons To Survive In The Apocalypse With A System

Leo, a gamer and streamer, woke up one day to find the world around him had collapsed. And the one to even make him realize this was a six-inch tall girl? "Your first mission is to find three reasons to survive in this apocalypse." This was what he was told once he came to terms with the world coming to an end. Now, in order to survive in this new world, he had to make use of this system and try to complete the missions he was given while also trying to level up by killing zombies. Can a normal guy like Leo live long enough to even complete his first mission? Can Leo fight against the odds and build a safe haven for himself? Leaving Home

When Leo opened his eyes the next morning, he was stunned to see Rebecca hugging him tightly. She was half lying on top of him with her head resting on his chest. He reached down and swept the hair that had fallen over her face behind her ear to see her peaceful expression as she slept soundly.

"She must trust you a lot now," Nora spoke as she floated in the air above Leo.

"Mmmm… This is a good thing." Leo was glad Rebecca was willing to trust him. This meant they would get along much better.

Rebecca opened her eyes to find Leo staring back at her. and immediately blushed and buried her head into his chest. "Don't look!"

"Haha, Sorry!" Leo found her reaction to be quite cute. "So you have a sleep habit that makes you hug things?"

Nora pursed her lips and quickly rolled over to hide her embarrassment better. But she still answered him. "I am used to sleeping with a large pillow."

Leo nodded and sat up. It was only then that he realized his little brother was not working with him this morning. He reached under the covers and quickly adjusted his manhood to his waistband before finally getting up. Nora, who witnessed all of this, was giggling away in Leo's ear. "Oh, ho? Looks like my Little Leo has grown up."

Leo really wanted to tell the little system to shut up! But he knew it would bring attention to himself if he did. He glared at the stupid fairy and made his way to the bathroom. Rebecca, who saw him leave, let out a sigh of relief. But she had to admit she slept very well….

The days passed quickly as the two mainly only worked out, ate two meals a day, and rested as much as possible. It was a little boring at times, but at the very least, they were not alone.

A week passed without any incidents. It was on this day that Leo and Rebecca decided to make their move. "You have everything?"

"Yeah, everything I can carry, at least. We are leaving a lot sooner than I thought." Rebecca replied.

"Just make sure it's not too heavy. While food is precious, your life is even more precious." Leo wanted to remind Rebecca of this fact.

During their time together, they had grown a lot closer. But Leo could still feel a small wall between him and Rebecca that did not allow him to push past their current state. It was not that he did not want to move forward, but he also did not wish to force himself on the girl either. He had made passes, of course. She did not shy away from them, but they were just not to the point of taking another step yet. But he was fine with this. He could wait.

Rebecca ended up taking a few things out of her bag. She put it on and tested it's weight and found it to be just right. As for Leo, he had actually gained a few increases in his strength and stamina stats.

It increased by .01%. He was not sure if this was good or not, but he did hope it was.

"Let's get going. We will use the ladder since it is the safest route. I do not want to run into that guy again." Luckily, the man from downstairs never came to bother them. He was not too sure if the man was still alive or not, nor did he care if he was. He just did not want to have any issues with the man.

Leo went to the balcony and let the ladder down as quietly as he could. It made a screeching sound since it was rusted up, but it did not seem to be loud enough to attract any attention, at least he hoped.

Leo went down first before Rebecca began her descent. He kept his hand on his sword and kept an eye out for any zombies that might come running over. "Leo, look."

Leo turned to look in the direction Rebecca was pointing. In the window of one of the apartments, a man stood there looking out at them. The man's body twitched every few seconds, but he did not do anything. Just stood there and stared blankly.

"He's infected. He actually lasted this long due to his body size. The infection did not spread as quickly." Nora explained. "He will turn in the next few hours."

"I guess it is good we are leaving then." Leo took one last glance at the man before walking towards the side of the building. Rebecca hurried after him.

During this week, even though she had been unintentionally basically sleeping on top of this man, he had not once made a move on her. While touched, she also felt a little hurt. She felt maybe she was not pretty enough or within his tastes. Of course, she had not made any kind of motion toward showing that she liked him like that, but she was starting to wonder if she should..

When they reached the street, Rebecca noticed something strange. "No zombies…."

"There are. Look over there." Leo pointed at a group that had gathered together by a house. They were all at the door. Some were even banging on it.

"I guess they were seen by them." Rebecca pursed her lips. She did not know if Leo could kill so many zombies. There were like twenty of them.

"If not for the man downstairs, I would have gone out to level. But I did not want to deal with him." Leo still did not wish to kill anyone alive. He just wanted to leave troubles alone. Of course, this did not mean he was not willing to kill someone if they attacked him or forced his hand.
