As Toms subconscious mind left the ring and returned to the real world, he looked to have a small blush on his cheeks. At the end of the day, he's like any other man, and having a wicked beauty rub her bare naked chest on your arm will get to him.
This of course didn't go unnoticed by Druella, who was sitting on his left.
Alluk noticed as well, but he didn't care one bit to comment on it.
"Why are you blushing?" Druella asked suspiciously with a raised eyebrow.
"*sigh* I'll tell you later." Tom tells her as he gets himself under control. "How long was I out for?"
"Huh? What are you talking about? You've been perfectly fine." Druella asks curiously.
In Druella and Alluks perspective, Tom merely put the Le Fay ring on, it glowed for a second, and then he started acting funny, blushing and asking ridiculous questions.
"I see, so it's similar to last time." Tom says, only getting more curious looks from Druella and Alluk. "I'll explain later, Drue." He assures her as he turns his attention towards Alluk. "I've been accepted by the Le Fay ring. I guess that officially makes me Lord Le Fay."
"Yes, it does. Congratulations, Lord Le Fay." Alluk says, knowing the situation must be similar to the time he put the Pendragon ring on. "Would you like to do the Slytherin ring next?"
"Yeah, it's probably best to save the Pendragon ring for last." Tom says, getting a confused look from Druella and an understanding nod from his account manager.
Without another word, Alluk slid the Slytherin box across the table. Opening the box, Tom laid eyes on the Slytherin Lord ring for the second time.
Before putting the ring on, Tom once again fished into his pouch and pulled out his Slytherin heir ring, placing it into its designated spot next to the Lord ring.
'Hopefully, this one isn't as complicated as the last.' Tom thought as he picked up the green and silver Lord ring and placed it on one of his fingers.
Suddenly, Tom felt a burst of magic wash over his body. As the pulse of magic dissipated, Tom heard a snake-like voice speaking directly to his mind.
'~You may be a half-blood but your magical power is more than enough to make an exception. You pass~' Tom heard as the Slytherin Lord ring glows for a brief moment, similar to how the Le Fay ring glowed earlier.
"Huh, that was far easier than the last one." Tom muttered as he turned to Alluk, who without a word slides over the last box, containing the Pendragon Lord ring.
"It worked, right?" Druella asked, knowing the same glow happened with the Le Fay ring.
"Yup, you're looking at the new Lord Slytherin." Tom says as he opens the Pendragon box.
Once again, Tom pulls out his last heir ring and places it beside its matching Lord ring.
'Please, don't take as long as the heir ring. That trial felt like it took an eternity to finish.' Tom thought as he eyed the last ring.
Taking a deep and calming breath, he picks up the last Lord ring and slides it onto one of his fingers.
Similar to the Le Fay ring, the second the Slytherin ring slid onto his finger, Toms once again appears in a totally different place.
Tom seemed to be in a training yard surrounded by high castle walls made of big stone blocks. To his left is a wooden weapon rack filled with all sorts of swords.
"Greetings, Your Highness!" A deep voice says from behind Tom.
Turning around, Tom is met with the perfect picture of a knight in shining armor. The knight is on one knee, bowing his head towards Tom with the utmost respect.
Although he's dressed in an entire suit of armor, the knight doesn't have his helmet on, allowing Tom to see the man's facial features.
He is a white man with an aristocratic face, blonde hair, blue eyes, and an intense air about him. This man gives off the aura of a very serious person, especially in his duties as a knight.
"Hello, who are you?" Tom asked, causing the knight to stand and answer his question.
"My name is Sir. Kay. I'll be the one to administer the test. If you pass, you'll be accepted by the Pendragon family ring." Sir. Kay reveals as he stands proudly across the training yard.
Sensing Sir. Kay's position, Tom felt as though he's not just another imprint similar to the Le Fay family ring. No, he's an actual soul left to test members of the royal family before they can take up such a serious position.
"What do I have to do in order to pass?" Tom asked, guessing it has to do with combat based on the location.
"In your last trial, you were tested on how capable of a ruler you would be. What decisions you would make, and how they would affect society as a whole. I'm sure you've learned a lot from that experience." Tom nods to his word, as he did learn a lot from the heir rings test. "This one is all about combat. Specifically, swordsmanship. As a descendant of Arthur himself, you are expected to have mastery over the sword. Arthur was a Knight King. You've been given your Kings test and now you will be receiving your Knights test." Sir. Kay explained.
"I thought so..." Tom nods as he looked over at Sir. Kay questioningly. "I just have a quick question before we begin."
"Yes?" He nods.
"Why pick you as the person to give the trial? I mean, your soul is bound to the ring, correct? Why?"
