Younger

I thought it would be awkward,

Because I'm younger.

But I think, it doesn't matter,

When the power of love moves you forward.

It's just a year in gap,

I think it's fine, yeah?

You're the girl my heart felt safe with,

And I felt like, "yep, you're the one."

Maybe love is a big word for now,

Even though I've said it in my previous poems.

But I guess it is where my feelings are going,

But for now? Let's enjoy being in genuine company.
