Chapter 61 Breaking The Silence

Blue's POV

Nicholas didn't come home. He called last night that he needed to work harder to find my sister. I want to talk to him but he doesn't have time to spare with me. I understand our situation. What I'm trying to understand is why is he taking too much time to find my sister?

I know I need to make a move. Now, I'm going to the hospital to investigate alone. Nicholas is searching for the abductor, thus, that means he already has a clue.

"Miss Rivers." Sunny's doctor greeted me.

I bowed at him. "I need to see the surveillance footage on the day my sister disappeared."

He nodded. "Sure, Miss Rivers. But Mr. Sanford already saw it."

"We're doing a separate investigation."

He nodded and led me to the control room. I was following him when my phone vibrated. It was Ricci, the bodyguard that Nicholas assigned to me. I put a sleeping pill on his coffee before I left, so how come calling now?

I answered the call with gritted teeth. "Hello?"
