'Seriously, what kind of place is the dungeon?'

Continuing through the labyrinth of the 37th floor, Mark couldn't help but ask himself this question. A place that allowed the existence of completely different environments from each other and while surpassing in-depth, the height of Mount Everest, it didn't seem to involve any changes in the pressure he felt.

'Guide I have a question, how big is this world?'

[Making an estimate, I'd say twice the size of Earth, but I don't have any information yet on whether there are any other continents besides the one you're on].

Mark didn't find it strange that there was no information about other continents. Just as there were monsters on land, there were also monsters in the ocean, making sea travel impossible. He had read about expeditions to unexplored lands, but they all resulted in failure, this was not due to the fact of the adventurers' strength, but mostly because the ships could not withstand the damage of the monsters.

This however posed a problem for Mark. In case the fragments ended up on another continent, he would be forced to set sail, so he needed to increase his level as much as possible so that the Guide would unlock more information.

'Wait, isn't the situation pretty bad? What if the fragments are in some remote corner of the ocean?'-Caught by the realization, he quickly asked the question to the Guide.

'Fuuu this takes a load off my heart.' -Knowing that he wouldn't have to waste time searching the ocean for fragments, he managed to let out a sigh of relief.

"hmm, I understand you. I have to work hard too, I don't want to be defeated by Lefiya." -She said raising her fist gingerly.

Apparently, she and Lefiya were roommates, making them close friends, but because of Lefiya's talent in magic, the difference in strength between the two was growing over time, so Elfy wanted to become stronger.

'Now that I think about it, it's not just her living with a roommate, then how come I don't? Maybe there are no other people, well in some ways it's better for me.' -Mark speculated confused.

What he didn't know, was that Finn had assigned him a single room, since he thought Mark would be a problematic subject like Bete. Probably if Mark knew the reason, his expression would become full of disgust, knowing that he was considered on the same level as Bete.

"Aren't you guys too calm." -To interrupt their speech was Tsubaki who was standing behind them.

"I always pay attention to what's around me, but in this case, there's little to see." -Said Mark with a dry laugh.

They were currently at the back of the formation and had little to do. The number of monsters, that arose on this floor were stronger and there were a lot of them, but due to the structure of the labyrinth, it was difficult for the monsters to surround such a large group and even if they got close, they would be handled by the higher levels.

"Seriously, we got to the second area and I barely saw any monsters."

''Well I understand you, but that's good for you too. I don't underestimate your strength, but against level 4 monsters, I don't know how much you could do, besides I know the capabilities of that armor, it would hardly be able to withstand a hit from those monsters." -Tsubaki said seriously.

"I know." -Mark replied honestly. If fighting level 3 monsters was a challenge, then level 4 posed a danger to him.

While the situation at the back of the formation was calm, those in front of them on the other hand, had to deal with several level 4 monsters, but when confronted with the main group of the Loki Familia, they couldn't help but sigh.

"How I hate these monsters made of obsidian, they're so tough." -Tione said annoyed.

"You're not very convincing when your fist penetrated their stomach." -Countered Tiona, as she looked at her sister's fist.

It wasn't just the duo of sisters fighting, for example, Aiz was surrounded by elite lizardmen, much stronger than the normal ones, but with a flash of her sword, all the monsters around her were divided.

Bete was also fighting against a variety of monsters while shouting insults every time he kicked a monster, while Finn, Riveria, and Gareth were slightly behind and provided support to the other members of their Familia if needed.

When they finished cleaning up the room, they decided to take a break there before proceeding, as they would enter zone 1 where they would continue without stopping until the entrance to the next floor.

Each zone would decrease in size, so they wouldn't take too long in zone 1, but it would also be the place where the spartoi, level 4 skeletal monsters skilled in close combat, would begin to spawn.

"So sis, any news?"-Tione whispered, sitting down next to Tiona.

"..." -Shifting her gaze in distress, Tiona had indirectly answered Tione's question.

"Haaa, seriously? I know we've been busy, but at least at the 18th or 28th floor you could talk to him." -Tione said wearily.

"I know, it's just hard for me to start a conversation. Before I would have just gone up to him and said what was on my mind, but now I think I would struggle just to make eye contact hehe." -Said Tiona with a dejected laugh.

Seeing her sister's state, Tiona realized that she had been too intrusive in Tiona's situation, so she put her hand on her sister's head and spoke to her gently.

"Sorry Tiona, I was too insensitive on the subject. I was so happy that you too had understood what it means to love someone, that I was imposing my way of doing things on you, even though I know that different people deal with situations differently. Just do what you think is necessary to have no regrets and remember that your sister will always be there if you need her."

"Thank you Tione." -Tiona told her, resting her head on Tione's shoulder.

It was a simple thank you, but that was all the sisters needed. They had spent a lot of time together, overcoming difficult times that they were still trying to forget, but they never stopped going forward because they were together.

While there were the sisters spending time together, Finn was discussing the progress of the exploration with Riveria and Gareth.

"This is the second day and we're almost to the 38th floor as planned."

"The kids seem to be in good shape and the support of the Hephaestus Familia has been a great help in transporting items and repairing equipment." -Gareth said, rubbing his beard.

"You're right, we also don't need to waste time defeating Udaeus and Moytura, but we mustn't let our guard down, especially when we get to the 59th floor." -Riveria said seriously.

"According to what is written in the exploration diary of the Zeus Familia dungeon, the 59th floor will be the beginning of the Glacier Territory. There's not much information about that area, all we know is that it's so cold, that even people with 'abnormal resistance' to E, would struggle to resist." -Explained Finn carefully, as he reread the contents of the diary.

"The necessary preparations have been made, we even bought those artifacts that serve to warm our body. Now, all we have to do is to go on the adventure of the unknown as we have always done." -Gareth said with a laugh, extending his fist.

Laughing at his words, Finn and Riveria also extended their fists, colliding with each other. It was amazing how these three people in just a few years, went from barely supporting each other to becoming each other's support.

When the group was ready, they continued their exploration. In the room they were in, there were two possible routes to the center of zone 1 and the expedition chose the right route as it was the shortest. Everyone started to pass the entrance to the next zone, but when more than half of the people had passed through the entrance, something strange happened.

'BOOOOM!'

After the deafening sound of something falling, everyone turned back, only to see the entrance replaced by a white wall.
