The Exchange

Ariene watched in tears as the black van drove off with her father inside it,she screamed on the top of her lungs as she fell on the ground crying.

"It is my fault that Father was taken! *sniffs* Yes it is my fault! *waaaaaaa* I am stupid,useless,foolish and selfish!! i hate myself! arrrghhh!! If i didn't go out of the house,i know Father wouldn't have opened the door for the strangers *waaaaaaa*....I should have listened to Father! *sniffs* What am i going to do? *sniffs* where will i start from?" Ariene said as she cried helplessly.

She kept rubbing herself on the mud as she cried with no plans of stopping,her Father was all she had in the entire world, she promised to make her Father happy always but here she was as the cause of her Father been kidnapped. She was a beauty yes! but she was a loner, that's right! She had no friends right from childhood because they said her Father was an evil man but she never saw him as what they said he was!...He was a loving Father to her so why would they such ill words about him? she was never bothered by what they said but it bothered her that she had no friends,not a single person wanted to be close to her.....No body wanted to be the friend of a girl whose father works for a notorious drug Lord and a killer at that.

As if something clicked on her head, she suddenly got up and ran back inside the house,going straight to her father's room she began to search for his cell phone and when she saw it she picked it up and sat down.

Going through his call list,she saw an unknown number and the time the call was made,her face twitched and she began to dial the number.

"Who is this?" a male's voice could be heard from the other end of the line.

"Please did you take my Father?" Ariene asked with tears in her eyes.

"Oho! seems Gustavo had been hiding you well for a long time now that made it impossible to find you!....well i took your Father,perhaps you want to be with him?" The man asked with a chuckle.

"C...can i se.... see you? ple....please sir!" She pleaded as she chocked on her words.

"hahahaha,yes! why not!" The man said and ended the call. Ariene held the phone in her hands as she sobbed, the next moment she received a text message and it was an address. She got up and went to her room,she changed her clothes and carried her bag and left the house....Standing outside,she looked at the house on last time and left for the road with heavy tears.

At the front of a big gate, a cab stopped and Ariene came down from it,she paid the driver and he drove off. She stared at the gate for something and with heavy footsteps she approached the gate and knocked on it,seconds late,the gate was opened by no one in particular and she stood there unmoving until she heard someone say "enter" and she did with the gate closing up immediately.

She gulped at the sight of the mighty house,it was big,bigger than what she had ever laid her eyes upon right from when she was growing up,if only she wasn't here for her dad......!

"What are you standing there doing? come inside!" she heard a voice say which brought her back to reality. She entered through the door and gaped at what she saw,the house was beautifully designed and the furniture were perfect. She stood transfixed and didn't know when someone came and stood beside her.

"Such a beauty! no wonder your Father kept hiding you from me!" The man said and Ariene jumped up in fright,turning her head she saw the man standing close to her, "MR QIN???!!!!" she screamed mentally as she stared at the man with horror,this was the man who was feared by people,someone people hated but still couldn't do a thing to him,even the government feared him.

"S...sir! a....a...are y....you t ...the...on..e that too...took m....my Father?" She asked with her shaky voice.

"Oh yes! i am! My name is Mr Qin!" the man said with a grin. "Perhaps your Father didn't tell you about me?! But no problem at all because you will get to know of me well"

"please where is my Father!" She asked not paying attention to what the man was saying.

"Do you want to join him?" Mr Qin asked back.

"I want to see him please sir!" Ariene fell on her knees as she pleaded.

"No you can't! he is mine and I'll do to him anything i want" Mr Qin replied nonchalantly.

"Please let my father go,do not kill him,i beg of you!! Please...." She begged as hot tears streamed down her white milked face.

"Only on one condition! Serve my son for two years and in return I'll grant your father his freedom....accepted or declined?" He asked with a grin.

"I will!!" Ariene said without thinking twice.

The man grinned and walked away leaving her kneeling on the floor all alone,she kept crying until one of the men came and pulled her up.

"Come with me!" he said and dragged her out of the sitting room.
